Come for the time savings and great views, return again and again for the extra kind staffers, on-time flights, easy check in (no line ups!), and comfortable wait (espresso, snacks, even an open bar if local bevvies are your thing).

My flight to Nanaimo got cancelled. They called me to inform me and presented me with solutions. They ultimately ended up booking me on a seaplane leaving at a similar time, and I wasn’t inconvenienced in the slightest.I was very impressed with how they handled this and speaks to their level of service.

Staff is great, informative and kind. Spacious indoor waiting area. They provide generous drinks and snacks while you wait for your flight.Location is easily accessible from the waterfront area.It’s always a pleasure to travel with Helijet. Thank you for your exceptional services.

Awesome staff and crew. Time is money and you can usually get a pretty good deal to fly. Throw in a nice selection of complimentary snacks and alcohol, definitely worth the money. Not sure how they do it for as little as $130 one way, all in!

Great service. While you wait there is complementary non alcohol drinks, snacks and even beer! If you check in early they will move you to an earlier flight if there is space. It's quite relaxing and low stress to fly Helijet... ear plugs a must (also complementary) will definitely use this service again!

If you have to get over to Victoria and back in a day, this is the way to do it. The service is amazing from all involved - baggage handlers, crew, customer service - all first rate. The last time I flew to Victoria, I was on standby for the flight home. I didn’t get on the flight but the kind folks at Helijet still took great care of me...keeping me updated on the flight status as I sipped a cold complimentary beverage.

I flew with them from Vancouver to Victoria, round trip. Outstanding customer experience. Flight and ground crew very helpful, polite and friendly. Very nice facilities and aircraft. I had a blast!! I strongly recommend their services... I’ll definitely fly with Helijet again.

Great location if you planning to make a trip from Downtown Vancouver to Victoria or Nanaimo fast convenience and easy, also they provide complimentary ear plug on the top of other items.
