I cannot believe the negative reviews on Google. Had nothing but an amazing experience while dealing with this store and it's employees. Ravi Sahil helped throughout the entire process and found me the best deal i could possibly ask for (2 pairs for less than $200 each under the Spring Deal) and with my prescription i couldn't be more satisfied. Price, Quality and Customer Service all rank high in my opinion and have already recommended this place to friends and associates. Keep up the good work.

I ordered two pairs of glasses from this location; once they were ready to pick up I noticed that one pair had scratches on the right lens. I showed the optometrist there and she agreed to send them back to get fixed. When I picked them up the second time, the same scratches were on the same lens. I've tried contacting head office and I just played phone tag with various managers; it was such a headache to get ahold of anyone and the area manager promised to get back to me but never did. So, now I'm stuck with a scratched pair of glasses that I've never even worn. I'm going to have to take them somewhere else to actually get fixed.You might think you're getting a good two for one deal, or whatever the sale is, but Hakim does not stand by the quality of their products.

Went in to ask if someone wouldn't mind tightening the arms on my sunglasses (not purchased here). The young lady did so, taking the time to see how the sunglasses sat on my face before and after the adjustment, as well as cleaning them for me, all without charge. I don't wear prescription glasses, but I almost wish I did, as they have a huge selection of beautiful frames! Highly recommended

I had decided to not return due to a bad experience a few years ago. But with the virus limitations and a sale advertised, I relented and tried again.I had left a positive review before actually receiving the glasses....bad idea.I always seem to forget how manipulative and agreeable peyote are when making a sale. And then how it changes once the money is spent!I'll keep this short.After a guaranty that it would be made right" if I wasn't happy with the glasses

Staff here was super friendly. My glasses arrived literally as soon as humanly possible due to their exceptional service and they made every effort to make the process pain-free. On top of that this location has a generous selection of frames that are covered by OW.I highly recommend this store to anyone in need of new frames or is looking to have a voucher filled.

I don’t like this business. The white lady with the thick accent was rather “chitty”and not very nice. If you can you should take you money some where else.I knew what I wanted but I got nothing close to what I wanted. One pair of bifocals with invisible line. And one pair with tint for driving. Nope. When I asked for a reason she told me I’m not sure but I can’t give you the tint you asked for because you have this pair right here in front of you. And when they broke they also wasn’t very pleasant to replace them. Stay away. Walmart has better deals and service.

My first experience was for my kid and it was terrific. I went back to this location for myself because of that and it was the worst experience I have ever had getting glasses. I went and picked out my glasses, that wasn't bad, they told me it would take two weeks to get them back from the lab and they would call me when they were ready. I waited over two weeks and no call, so I called to follow up by the week three mark and they said oh

Have been using this store for our family needs and always amazing experienceDecent collection of glasses. . Very friendly and knowledgeable. They even helped me solve an issue with me wearing the glasses wrong. I am confused with the low google reviews.There are parking spots around but all paid during regular hours. . Close to the mall.

I had a good experience with this place, the two girls working there were very helpful and friendly. I ordered two pairs, good price and they came in a week early. no problems
