Nice store clean well organized they have your fish, cat, dog, bird stuff staff is friendly and helpful.Got some aquarium plants and was very satisfied especially wen there's well over 15 stems in 1 bunch.

Phil is the person that has helped us with EVERY up & down with having a salt water tank. His knowledge, commitment, quick response to questions or concerns is mind blowing. He has never steered us wrong. The quality of products & live products is just beautiful. The staff is so kind. Pricing is fair 100%, we only shop or buy any products from here. Plus they are honest, they will not sell u something just to make money. They may suggest another product or just be 100% honest to say it may harm your tank with the introduction to another species. I am truly thankful I found such am amazing honest business that I support 100%. Thanks to you all for the amazing job you do.

Really enjoy this pet store. I would say it's the best one in the city. Always got pretty fluffy animals to see and a great fish selection. Salt water and fresh. Pretty big store. Almost more variety of items than going to Ottawa for PetSmart. Service is great and always with a smile.

Good place to bay your hamsters and rabbit both of mine come from there my bunny Noah is naw 8 years old and my hamster Oliver is naw 2 years old
