The most expensive towing they towed my care from somewhere for long barking and charged me 477$ for less than an hourTowing 250Storage by Daly 75$Fuel 37.50$Admin 60$Plus taxI don’t know by which law are the doing this one of the worst the wingsshould include fuel and the admin

They damaged my car and refused to take accountability. The receptionist was rude and constantly shouted at me when I Inquired about lodging a complaint about the damage.

Greatful to this company, I was broken down in a busy intersection and was feeling very overwhelmed and a kind passer byer suggested that I call Hansen Towing. I made the call and was greeted in a very professional way, the lady on the other end made me feel so much better and assured me help was on the way, and sure enough within no time at all a truck pulled up and the gentleman man got me to safety while he hooked up my car and before I knew it we were on the road and headed to my mechanic. So thank you to all involved that helped me out of this scary situation. So overall I highly recommend this towing company not only are they professional, fast, courteous but their prices were very reasonable and the tow truck driver was so helpful and made me feel at ease in a bad situation. So thank you Hansen towing and your amazingstaff for the great service.

Poor customer service. We own a plaza in Brampton and we have contract with these guys. I’m been calling them since the morning to tow one of the car that’s been in our parking. This lady works janessa she’s rude and she doesn’t know how to deal with customers and they have no tow driver working on Sunday. My snow removal guy is waiting so he can clean the parking lot but these people didn’t show up it’s been 12 hours.

Horrible service and phone line always hangs up, I’m not just saying that because I got my car towed here 3-4 times

Stay away from these guys. Especially the receptionist Janesse (Most rude and unhelpful receptionist I ever saw). Most nonsense towing company. Very unprofessional and bad behaviour. They Are most expensive and also broke my car’s rear rim and don’t want to pay anything for that even. If there is 0 star I will not even give that to them. They are saying different price to you and than charged you twice what they say. So guys please stay away from them

Rude customer service, guys in the yard ready to fight because i forgot to read small signs posted on fence that customers are not allowed to park in the yard.there is a way of speaking to customer, but trust me that guy had zero knowledge of customer service.swearing in Panjabi, even tho he is not Panjabi, but for some reason he thought i understood it what he was saying.unreal must he must had a bad day at home

By far the best towing company in the B town. Staff is really polite and professional every time i call them , they deal with highest proficiency, drivers know what they are doing and are efficient beyond expectations. Cherry on the cake is they offer the best prices Disclaimer they not call any other company for a tow !!!!!!

They are great and got me out of the worst jam. The dispatch was fantastic and made me feel taken care of while very professional. I would hire her myself and use them again as well. Thanks for the help, will love and regard it for a very long time!

Very rude and worst staff i ever seen . Got my car towed today from a property just 900 m away from yard . And they guys charged $477. And when i get my car was not even starting . And when i ask them that what happened, they said we are not responsible, if you need a boost pay 65$ , or if you wanna tow pay extra $160 . And threating me when i am picking my car by saying we gonna put you inside the yard for whole night if don’t take the car before 6 pm . Forcing me to pay and get the boost to start the car .I was there having no other vehicle with me . They guys are here only to make money but not to provide service . Rude receptionist i ever seen as well.
