The girl is so rude, condescending, and obnoxious! I approached the Bar expresso counter of Muffin Plus in Complex Desjardin with no one else in line, and was asking about a sandwich and because I didn't make a choice in a split second, she gave me a sarcastic look of impatience and served new approaching customers behind me. My wife asked for two salad choices and she angrily shouted NOOOO!!!!! We then went to Cultures next door, and they were so gracious. Avoid Muffin Plus. Go to Cultures.

5$ for a breakfast sandwich with coffee! Decent prices and quite tasty. I would go back for a quick bite in the morning.

The service is not good! They did not even understand what you want. So they needed to do it again… also they do not have any Menüs with tea, instead of coffee and do. It tell you that clearly in advance.

I visited on April 20 in between 4-5 pm, the server there was so rude to a senior citizen. The person was asking for just 1 extra napkins , and the server literally scolded her.Poor service. Didn't purchase after watching this.

The man working was so rude that my friend left before ordering. I waited for several minutes for a coffee without being told about the delay and witnessed him be similarly rude to another customer.

Unpleasant experience!The order was extremely overpriced. We paid 40$ for everything you see on the picture.The taste of some items was horrible. Specifically Smoked Salmon bagel was very salty and tasted more like eating salmon from thr sea directly. Coffee was not good either.The guy behind counter was very rude and didn't even bother giving us everything we asked for like: cream, spoons etc.Ordered some untrained girl to charge us the order and left. Ordered I mean Not asked politely, but literally Go! Charge them this order."Girl was intimidated and in fact did this whole thing very slow.To summarize.... I wish the girl quits the job to avoid working in such toxic environment. And prepare to pay lots for not quality food."

The employee was so rude and careless. He didn’t bother to ask which size of smoothies we want. On top of that, we got the worst smoothie ever. It wasn’t smooth at all. There was still a lot of big ice chunks that we couldn’t drink with straw. Even there was no customer, it took a lot of time to prepare as the employee doesn’t seem to know the ingredients or how to make it properly. Terrible experience!

Very unpleasant staff member, even got my order wrong and when asked for a refund or at least another drink got gaslight into thinking it was my fault.Never coming again, will only recommend to worst enemies.

Really rude service. None of the cold drinks looked like the pictures on the menu. Tons of ice and really diluted taste. Plus the lady overcharged us by two dollars, we asked for the receipt, and we had to insist to get to see how much it was, the lady didn’t want to give us the receipt… she just left us saying that there’s taxes charges (but that doesn’t even excuse the 1,75$ overcharged)She just left us there and continue to serve the other customerDo not recommend this!

Visited on new year’s eve and the girl at the counter was very welcoming despite of the crowd. On top, her recommendations were good too. Nice latte, croissants and perfect medium sweet muffins.
