I don’t call this piece of crap” shawarma.. “. Just hard bread and just really bad chicken in it. I really couldn’t figure out how can this folks go wrong with the taste. It was that bad. Terrible terrible experience . Will never ever recommend this to anybody

If I could give 0 stars I would after tonight. I ordered off Uber eats, I got the chicken on the rocks, I asked for extra sauce but it just looks like soup which I obviously didn’t ask for. It’s so bad I don’t wanna eat it, I’m actually angry about this

Overall a nice spot, the service was really friendly. My one issue is that they put way too much sauce. It feels like there's more sauce than actual rice and meat. That said, it's not terrible either.

Refused to serve me the food on menu that I wanted (lunch platter). I ordered everything separately from the platter and they offered no toppings. NO PICKLES! Just meat, sauce and fries. Then the guy yelled at the girl in front of us because she was willing to serve us what we wanted. They hastily made our food then went to the back and yelled at each other again. Ignored customers coming in. We hollered over their yelling to tell them there were customers. It was 12:30pm on a Monday and there's no reason for refusing service and menu items. No reason to yell at staff around customers. It's 1:05pm and he's still yelling at her. Disgusting.

Having been to this restaurant since before covid, I found it shocking that the employee taking my regular order basically called me a liar. He said the dish requested has not been made at this restaurant in a minimum of 4 yrs(philly cheese steak on lentil rice with humus and tahini and no garlic sauce,no hot sauce- around $20 tax in). I ended ended up making a close dish by using the topping menu on top of a large beef on the rocks-$26 tax in. Please see the 1st attached image of the requested dish vs dish recieved in the 2nd image.Picture was taken July 12, 2021 well within the 4 yrs minimum that the employee said I have never purchased this dish. I know factually, having been there multiple times following that date for this very dish. Was the employee lying to make a sale with less work involved while charging extra for a cold meal instead of a hot one?

Their new citrusy/ vinegary hot sauce is going to be the only reason for the downfall in their sales. Tried almost every Lazeez branch in the K-W region, but unfortunately, this sauce is everywhere.Disappointed.

Was my go to shawarma place but as of now they’re taking a backseat...unfortunately it’s the hot sauce that’s throwing me off. It’s basically the Louisiana hot sauce you get from Popeyes. Their original hot sauce was sooo much better and with a better kick. The food is still awesome though, but if you’re a spice lover like me, their “new” hot sauce will leave you disappointed.

Overall, its a great place to have tasty chicken platters. I love the chicken on rocks and sticks. Also their beef shawarma is amazing.

Most tasteless shawarma i ever had! They should change the name. I ended up throwing it and kept the bread to eat later. The toppings were cut in big pieces! I asked for extra garlic sauce and the guy did put extra sauce but there wasn't even hint of garlic! I hope the owner will for something to improve the taste!
