We engaged Focus Moving Services to assist us in sending a container of goods as part of an overseas move. They were extremely professional, responsive and a pleasure to work with. Our goods arrived safely and in good condition.Moving and shopping overseas is a stressful experience generally, but it would have been so much more stressful and difficult without the services we received. Everyone was very flexible and accommodating of our needs and deadlines. We very happily recommend them to you.

Focus handled my shipment from Australia. Never had any issue. They kept me in loop and guided me correctly to clear Canada customs. The home delivery was quick and easy after with everything in boxes safe. Overall great job.

I can't recommend anyone more highly than these folks for moving. Mark gave a fair quote and recommended to store our stuff overnight at their warehouse as we were closing on both homes the same day. Amanda and Kasia were very responsive and when we had to postpone the move dates, they were also very accommodating and did not charge a penalty. The moving crew, led by Mike, were also excellent. They turned our moving experience from a stressful one to an enjoyable one. Thanks, guys.

We moved from Toronto to York, UK and focus moving made everything as easy as could be expected. They were professional and responsive. One issue we had was that two tables were not wrapped as well as they could be and arrived damaged but we got insurance through focus so will claim on that. But everything else was great and 99% of our stuff arrived safely.

Reckless drivers who don't care if they run you off the road! I was driving south from Port Perry to Whitby yesterday afternoon (February 21, 2023). It was snowing. 2 moving trucks were behind me and although I was already slightly over the speed limit of 80, the first one tailgated me so close I thought it was going to hit me. It passed and sped off, I estimate going at least 100. The second also came up close behind, tailed for a bit, and passed over double solid lines, only to cut me off getting back into the lane. I watched that truck blaze through a 60 residential zone up ahead which had a railway crossing. Both trucks were from Focus Moving Services. Could not reach anyone at the office to discuss what happened.

Focus Moving was our right hand man as we de -cluttered and staged our house for a sale. The employees were professional with an absolute “can do” attitude towards all the little details that had to be taken care of.. Moving can be stressful, but the good humour of the employees and professional care of our items made our process lighter and manageable.I look forward to working with Focus Moving for our actual move- since I know I am in such capable hands. Do not hesitate to use this moving company for your moving and storage needs.

This was our second time in 2 years using Focus Moving and once again, we were not disappointed. Moving can be stressful, but Mark and Kevin made this an enjoyable experience. Not only are they experienced movers who treat your stuff as if it was their own, but the customer service that they demonstrate is way above average. Hopefully we won't have to move again any time soon, but if we have to, without any doubt, we will use them again. Thank you both Mark and Kevin!!

Moved the contents of an entire 2800 sqft house 2-1/2 hours away. Staff we very helpful with the packing, loading of trucks and un packing. No damage, no issues. Would highly recommend.
