Had work done at County Cycle that they did wrong and they will not fix what they did wrong! instead they would rather Argue with their Customer than Help them. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

GREAT Experience renting from them. They are meticulous and care, their route suggestions were fantastic and they really went above and beyond to make sure we had a good time even though we are novices.I would not hesitate to use their services again (and bring biking shorts!).

They offer the kind of support that is valued by new and seasoned cyclists alike. I also respect how careful they are about the brands they sell, supporting Canadian brands and only high quality global manufacturers. We had a great self-guided tour on the bikes from County Cycle. Jeff was helpful and responsive, and also provided recommendations for wineries to check out along the way. The drop-off/pick-up of the bikes was really smooth. Would definitely recommend and rent from County Cycle again!
