Was able to track down an iPhone 11 on their website; the reservation process was super easy, a lovely rep followed up with me by text message to confirm the reservation and explain the process, and I was able to pick it up the next day (yesterday).The reps at the store, however, were a different story. As an existing Freedom customer, I wanted to take advantage of a special phone/plan promo. I had spoken with a Freedom HQ rep earlier in the week, who confirmed that I was eligible for the deal, I would just have to visit a Freedom store so they could run another credit check, as I was on a deposit account and BYOP plan. The lead mobilist at this location insisted that it was not possible to run a credit check, claiming that he would have to close my account, transfer it to a prepaid account and then run a credit check as though I was opening a new account. He said the reason for this was because the last credit check was run less than 90 days ago (not true, the last credit check was when I opened my account in July). I stepped aside and let my roommate go ahead (she was also getting the phone/plan promo). During her upgrade process the lead mobilist told her that she would not be able to port her number over from her current provider. I explained to him that it was possible, as I had ported my number to Freedom from the same provider back in July.In the meantime, I texted Freedom customer service. The rep assured me that they should be able to run my credit check normally, so I explained to the lead mobilist what Freedom customer service had said, and he didn't believe me. I texted the rep again and asked how I could explain it to the lead mobilist; he said if they still give me a hard time to call 611 and they would walk the mobilist through the process. The mobilist still didn't believe me, and he refused to speak to 611, but I pushed back and he finally passed me off to the other two reps to see if they could figure it out.Finally the other two reps were able to get through to Freedom chat (it took both of them to figure it out), run the credit check (I was approved, as expected) and I was able to upgrade my phone and get the plan I wanted. I understand that both my roommate and I came in with somewhat complicated scenarios, and I get that their computer systems were slow, however two and a half hours to get it done is a bit ridiculous; in 18 years of owning a cell phone never have I ever had so much trouble getting a new phone. I also appreciate that the mobilists have to deal with multiple carriers, so I don't expect them to know offhand the policies for each one, but I always do my research ahead of time, I generally come into a store well-informed, and I do expect reps to try their best to help me purchase the products and services that I want. I have to agree with another reviewer, I did find the attitude of the lead mobilist was rather chauvinistic; he did not listen to me when I repeated what the Freedom customer service rep told me, and he did not listen to me when I told him it was possible to port my roommate's number over. His attitude (plus his constantly answering personal phone calls) caused unnecessary delays and wasted everyone's time.I would have walked out of the store sooner, however I'd had problems tracking down an iPhone 11 in the city, and I really wanted to take advantage of the promo before it expired. That being said, I will not come back to this location. The only positive part of this experience was the Mobile Shop rep who arranged the phone reservation. Thanks for your help Tammy!

Excellent customer service by Laurin. He was very friendly, patient and helpful in helping us find what we were looking for. I believe he had my interest at heart and found the best plan for me at a good price.

We came here and there was a huge line up today, but that's okay. There are a lot of black friday deals, and only ONE employee until the afternoon. We waited patiently for 1.5hrs.This guy Amir, was patiently serving all the other customers, and being super polite, but when we told him we wanted to get the PC prepaid service. At this point, he became very agitated, and saying how we shouldn't get it because prepaid services are horrible. We were a bit shocked, so we asked why, but he couldn't give any specifics that justified such an intense reaction earlier.As he couldn't offer a similar plan from other companies, eventually he LET us get the plan. I felt like he was a bit rude at this point. I was sure that this guy was rude, when he wouldn't answer our questions about setting us up on the phone plan, and said that since it's prepaid, you go figure it out yourself. And then I get home, and realise yhat he signed us up for the WRONG PLAN.This level of service is completely unimaginablely unacceptable.Other people seemed to have been lining up for them to fix things they had done wrong when setting up their plans as well, so, perhaps Amir lacks proper training and proper respect for customers.

A lovely customer service rep ordered me two s9's and was amazing to deal with. On pick up, the rep and sales manager present were abrupt and discourteous with me (young woman) but helpful to other customers (older men) approaching the desk for service. For example: attempted to ask the mobilist lead on duty about screen protector install and was rudely told he was on the phone, which wasn't obvious as I couldn't see an earpiece and he wasn't speaking at the time. My husband also noted the disrespect and we are totally turned off. We won't be back and can't recommend this location now.

Excelente customer service. Jinto, the salesman of The Mobile Store at the entrance of Loblaws (Lower Jarvis) is most knowledgeable and always ready to help. I highly recommend this store.

Jinto from the Mobile Shop at Loblaws was awesome! I lost my PC optimum on my cellphone and was at a loss. Jinto stepped to help without hesitation. Even if I did not purchase a cellphone, he provided me with excellent service and support! Will buy my next cellphone purchase with him!

Came down to the mobile store situated at the entrance of Loblaws. Laurin was super helpful in helping me decide an upgrade plan. Laurin was friendly, helpful and made sure all my questions are answered to satisfaction.
