The owner Steve is a super awesome guy. He was working the chilliwack location today & helped me pick out 2 awesome shirts.. as a bigger dude, it's tough to find things that fit nice, but Steve was able to help me with plenty of options. I highly recommend shopping here! Great prices & friendly staff!

They overcharged us for an item. We immediately pointed out their mistake, without even having left the store, and they refused to give a refund for the difference. The cashier was apologetic about it and explained it was because of their computer system, but regardless, we were forced to pay too much for something.

I would have zero star if I could! Tried to return because it was too big (which she said I could). Then wouldn’t give me a gift card or money back only a straight exchange. Such a joke of a store

The store owner was running the whole store by himself and he took the time to help me find a pair of shoes. Super helpful dude, really kind, fast and knew the products.Stellar experience.

We went to the one in Chilliwack. They both just stood at the counter talking with each other. Took us awhile to get there attention. When we did she was rude. Made fun of my show size. Called my feet kids feet. We only carry adult size shoes here. I used to always go to laces when they first started out before Abbotsford mall. I remember the owner used to be very helpful n order my size for me. Even if he didn't have my shoe size. There was three if us in the store and we all walked of cuz of there additude.

Finally was able to visit a Laces store all the way from Thunder Bay. Chilliwack store had great selection of products and I was well looked after by Riley.
