Sept.22/2021 I had a pre-purchase inspection done by PRO-SPECTIONMr. Alexander Ostrofsky, It was the BEST DECISION I EVER MADE.On Monday I had canceled another scheduled company, only to find myself WITHOUT anyone available to inspect the property on such a short deadline.Mr. Alex, went beyond and above the call of duty, he understood the gravity of my situation being unable to find a licensed qualifiedinspector , WAS IMPOSSIBLE on such short notice, during a COVID-19 Pandemic. After calling, emailing, texting, everyone, HE WAS THEONLY PERSON willing to HELP ME....before Oct-6,2021He arrived on schedule Wednesday, at 13H00 hours, completed a thorough meticulous inspection of a 70 year-old home, he was extremely knowledgeable & professional, he was so efficient - I received the89 pages detailed report, before my 24 hour deadline.I intend to book him again for my next pre-purchase home inspection.I highly recommend Mr. Alexander Ostrofsky- Pro-Spection, without anyhesitation, He gets a 5 STAR in my book of life.Sincerely, Rosetta Mazzarelli
