This is easily the best grocery store from Regina to yorkton. I drive 45 minutes to do all my shopping here. The prices are a bit higher but the clean, well stocked store and incredible customer service are worth it. I love the cart idea when we enter, it definitely helps with social distancing. All directional signage is clear and bright. The staff ( mostly teens) should be teaching lessons in customer service. I cannot speak highly enough of the friendly, polite and courteous crew that work here. I have never seen a shelf empty, anything outdated or staff blocking aisles while stocking. Other grocery store owners should be coming here to take tips on how to run a store, especially during the pandemic!

Only the second time I have been to this location. I was very impressed with how the carts are sanitized and the wash stations are set up. As for quality, everything is fresh, the aisles are wide and store lit up excellent. Friendly staff willing to help. I live in Regina, but when I'm in the area I will be coming back again and again. Keep up the excellent work!!!!!

I stopped in here today to get a small grocery order. I am here working but live in BC. The store was clean and bright, very well stocked and merchandised. At the till I was waited on by an extremely polite and professional young man. He checked to see if I found everything I came for. I was looking for a particular item that I hadn't been able to find. He pointed me back in the right direction and waited patiently as I went to fetch it.In a time when service is hard to find and great service is extremely rare, I was blown away by yours. Well done IGA Emerald Park. Well managed and well staffed. Make sure this is your destination if you are in the area and need something.

I found that I had stumbled myself across this fine store one evening wanting some food to eat. as I walked in I was greeted with the outstanding and quite fabulous service by one employee in particular. Miles, his name stuck very well in my brain as it is the same name as Miles Morales, (Spiderman). I hope that this review reaches whoever manages this great establishment so this great employee can get a raise.Drew was nice too.

Beautiful, clean, well stocked store. Professional, courteous, delightful staff. And hands-down the best hot and ready barbecue chicken I’ve ever got from a grocery store by a landslide! Wow!

Our local IGA is staffed with people who want to help. If you ask where a particular item is located they stop what they are doing and tell you exactly where it is or guide you to it. The checkout staff actually talk to you (I know that's hard to believe) and are some of my favorite people at the store.While this may be considered a smaller store compared to a Superstore it is very well managed and stocks what I need. I have been to Superstore once since Covid and that was to buy plants.We are a very lucky community to have IGA here.

I do pretty much all of my grocery shopping here! The staff are wonderful and the produce is always fresh. A few things may be a little pricier than you'd find in the city but the quality and convenience definitely makes up for it.I usually do my shopping late mornings on weekdays. It's never crowded and their day staff are phenomenal from when you walk in the the store to when you're leaving!Great work IGA Emerald Park!
