I called to get a quote on a 16x8 door. The installer told me they don't install doors of that size anymore but he took the time to walk me through the other quotes I recieved and told me which doors from which company I should be requesting prices on. He gave me a lot of really good advice that is going to save me major headaches in the future. Would definitely recommend these guys!

The lady that answered my call was very humorous and helpful. The technician arrived within 30mins.My garage door broke in a minus 32 degrees C temperature. Both wires snapped off. The spring broken and guide rail bent.He is very knowledgeable with 25 years mechanical experience. He quickly diagnosed and fix my garage door. He also was able to find many imperfections and mistakes made during initial installation of the door.Excellent service and price reasonable.Very satisfied and highly recommend the company.

Gerry was reccomended to me on facebook. He called me after hours which was really shocking most companies wait till business hours. He was able to make time for us the very next day.He easily got our garage door remote programmed and tried to program the existing keypad...although our keypad was not able to be programmed took the time to install and program a new keypad.He was patient when i made a mistake programming my pin and everything is all working well for us now.Will reccomend your business to others.TyJanice and Mike

Fast and reliable. Called 8:30am for garage door issues. Had time to squeeze me in same day (may not always be the case) and fixed the problem in no time at all!He also had some good tips and pointers to watch for on the garage door and care.Would recommend and definitely will call again.

Gerry serviced my garage door that was frozen to the ground and I thought I broke a section which I thought I have to completely replace so was prepared to spend $1,000 or more to fix the issue. After talking to him and sharing pictures via text. He figured that he can fix it with just a simple bracket setup which will save me hundreds of dollars. He was able to sneak me in the day of the call and fixed it under an hour. The final bill was very reasonable. I had no issues paying for it. The best part about Gerry. He explained everything He was doing and also left a warranty sticker so if I have any issues he'll come in and fix it. I knew nothing about garage doors, but after dealing with Gerry I feel like if it happens again. I'll be able to fix it myself, but I'll leave it to the professionals. Gerry was a complete pleasure to deal with. Gerry was the third person to come look at our garage door. The people before him said we were going to have to get a new garage door. We had Gerry come by, and after a short period of time our door was working again. He was super friendly, and if I ever have any issues again, he will be the first person I call. He also cleaned up the garbage another company left all over the front area of my garage. He went above and beyond.
