One star would be too low, but three would be almost a four...and this organization is not there. It has always had ok selection, however in the tree department it has been going downhill since I first purchased 12 years ago. BE VERY CAUTIOUS with the root collar of trees. For example a pear tree we purchased to plant had been replanted in the field with the root collar 9-10 inches below the ground level, then it was harvested as such and bagged. So the hole we thought we needed to plant this tree in was dug 12 inches too deep :-((... Not good to fill a tree hole after digging. The tree sinks. The trees are not harvested just before purchase anymore and are sometimes left to grow weeds around the jute basket covering then they are rebagged. Really?This is not a company that practices good gardening. Other trees delivered were left standing even in bug wind, they fell over with branches breaking.i could go on, unfortunately they have a big monopoly so my bottom line is BUYER BEWARE! Inspect your purchase before the truck leaves!

This location is not customer oriented , I have called many times and every time they put me on hold and wait for ever and then the line goes down. I finally got the reception but she asked me if I was a company, I said no, she then told me I had to go there. I am looking for information concerning the royal prune tree, just wanted to know if they have any Mount Royal prune tree in stock. But again she would not help me , I just wanted to know , because I am 40 kilometres away , did not want to show up and they do not have any in stock. It unbelievably frustrating.

They got everything in stock including 35 feet trees and small trees, plants flowers they got it all and the service is professional and always there to answer you and educate you on the products you buy ! Vast variety of flowers. Last time I was there, a nice man told me I could go take a tour of the greenhouses to find additional Daylilies. It is a treasure trove back there! I couldn't be happier he let me back there. Found everything and more. Great service and great prices

Doesn’t carry a large inventory of garden supplies but many varieties of flowers, plant and trees. Well organized and friendly staff.Recommended.

Great nursery! People that work here are very helpful and give you tons of advice. Trees look healthy and they can order different sizes. Surely will go there for my gardening projects!

This garden center used to be an excellent business, though the last few years it has had a steady decline in service and plant quality.Last week I bought three mature trees. When they were delivered, one was half dead and most certainly was not the 300 dollar tree I had selected. When I asked for a replacement, I was told that the owner told her inform me that I had to accept a credit or nothing. When I protested, the employee slammed the phone down on me. Not very encouraging, but I persisted and called back and asked for the owner that everybody was so afraid of. Mario (owner) was rude from the start and repeated his offer of a one tree rebate. This did not help me as I wanted three mature trees, not two. I pointed out that I would incur another delivery fee, but he was unmoved.I took this complaint to MasterCard and they too were frustrated with the poor response from Cramer, as was the BBB, though their hands were tied because I was offered a partial rebate.At the end of the day I had to be very direct with the owner and less than flattering to get a full refund and not reward them with any profit for their shabby service.What was most disappointing was that had they been professional and offered a healthy tree to replace the half dead tree delivered, everybody would have been happy. There are garden centers every 10 km, so not returning to this shabby establishment is not a hardship. I will simply take my business elsewhere, but feel obligated to warn others in advance before they too are treated poorly while they overpay for marginal plants.I closing, I do not recommend Cramer until some serious improvements are made.I recommend Champs des Reve in St. Lazare or Pepiniere Vaudreuil where the service is plenty and the ownership involved.
