3D Crystal - Riyaz Datoo

Received a keyring, which has unfortunately cracked, I contacted the customer service line and was emailed back with less than 24 hrs, was asked to send photos, which is totally understandable. And then emailed back with the information that my keyring would be remade at no further cost and again contacted to let me know that my keyring had been sent out. The service has been great, you would not normally hear from a company so much, highly recommend.

I have today received my Crystal and I am over the moon with it! This was purchased as a 50th birthday for my daughter and consists of 2 photos one when she aged about 9/10 and now. I wanted something special and I am sure she will be delighted with this gift. The whole process of ordering was made stress free and I the customer service presentative johnsey was very patient and guided me through it effortlessly.

I had sent some pictures of pets to 3d Crystal and I recived a picture preview back from them and all I can say I was very inpressed with the results, they were done and just waiting for the package to arrive and it came the other day I opened it and to my surprise i was lost for words and could not beleave what came out of the package , I was very, very happy with the product and when it was put on the desk with the box and turned it on once again spechless and they also did some key chains for me and they were very inpressive as well. I have to say a very Large Thank you to Raine which is one of the designers/ customer service representive that helped me with my projects, outstanding and a very Large Thank you to all of the team members that helped with process, very inpressed and hats off to you all.

Truly an Amazing Phenomenal masterpiece!

I was very satisfied with the service I received from 3D Crystal. The crystal is perfect. I love how it turned out. It was a difficult picture and they were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend having them do your 3D ornament you won't be disappointed.

My order came super fast and is perfect- and the price was a great value too (even came with a free keychain)! I ordered the large heart design with a wooden stand. Love the color change effect. Awesome gift idea as it captures my beautiful wife for her first mother's day. I order a lot online but can't say enough about the speed of arrival and quality of product. Definitely a gift loved ones will treasure, and I was so excited that I gave it to her early ;) Her reaction was priceless.
