I purchased this philodendron Xanadu but sadly found it to be full of scale the next day. My bad eyes must have somehow missed the pests when I checked it over at the greenhouse. They wouldn't take it back when I told them I couldn't safely have it with the rest of my collection. I am unimpressed and won't be back. It wasn't a cheap plant either. It's too bad because I loved the selection there and wanted to support a local business.

I love this place. I always make sure to buy my plants/flowers from here. The owners are so nice and they always take the time to give me proper information and instruction on plant care for each plant I've purchased. Plants are well cared for and they have a great selection of indoor & outdoor plants. Come support your local businesses!!! Thank you guys for being awesome.

Love this place. Recently bought a large Monstera and was pleasantly surprised with the price and quality of the plant. Employee was super helpful, talkative and kind; giving me facts about my purchase and care information so it will have a long and happy life.

Placed an order at 430 pm the day before Valentine’s Day and asked to be delivered same day. They were delivered 2 hrs later and saw the real bouquet picture next day. They were beautiful and I ordered them over the phone unsure of what to send. Excellent service!!! Use these folks !!!! Would do again.

This review is LONG overdue! Andy and his wife are absolutely wonderful! They provided the flowers for our wedding and the following year, unfortunately, for my FIL's funeral. On both occasions, Andy was attentive, compassionate, and genuinely involved in the process. From our initial interaction, his candor and jovial demeanour were refreshing and I knew I could trust him. To think I stumbled across this place by chance; what a blessing.I cannot thank you two enough! I hope the family is doing well =)

Amazing service! They had a bouquet delivered on very short notice and at a great price. I'm no flower connoisseur and trusted them to deliver what they felt would satisfy the occasion and they definitely delivered, the recipient LOVED IT! Definitely will order from the Flower Centre again.

Great service and fair prices. Parking can be a challenge but it's worth the walk. Rear laneway access for pickup. The owners provide friendly advice/service, offer a great selection (come early in the season) and fair prices. Highly recommended.

My wife ordered a corsage the day before needed.The woman said it would be ready at 930 am.She returned next day @ 945 AmThe man at the counter was involved in personal conversation, paused with the snotty comment It's early"After more snotty comments the woman took over the conversation and began making the corsage.Ten minutes later she produced a bland uncreative corsage. When my wife said "that's worth $30" the woman defended "It's the work involved". Since they were unprepared

They always provide service with a smile and provide you some valuable advice on how to care for your newly acquired flowers and vegetation.
