Usually they're Good. But they Have done something a few times now and incredibly unprofessional.Ill have a time Call Booked and just minutes before they are set to pick me up they will call and say they can't pick me up because the driver is heading out of town. I'm just glad I had a warm place to wait for thier competition. Many people may not and it was -20 today plus the wind chill. Abandoning your customers right before pickup is not right and totally unprofessional. And thank God I wasn't going to work or I'd be late.

Called and they had themselves booked up with time calls until 11:00 tonight. Unprofessional. If you're going to have that many time calls run another cab.Still letting themselves get booked up months later. Can't get a cab from them for 4 hours. Whatever happened to calling a cab and having it come to you?

This taxi cab company is so awesome. They have an app like Skip the Dishes. You can follow the start of your trip from when the driver accepts right to when you get into the taxi. This company is fast, friendly and effective. They had four customers ahead of me, and I only had to wait thirty minutes for my ride.

I appreciate the on time pick up and good service provided by the dispatcher and driver. I am satisfied on my first ride and will continue to use this service in my daily ride to work. It’s true as per review that it is a clean cab. Highly recommended

Great service by far. I've personally only used their service 3 times so far but each time was great service. Their cabs are clean plus unlike other services they have covers on their seats which feels like they are taking that extra measure to make the ride enjoyable. Very friendly drivers as well.

We are from Cold Lake visiting our friends in Camrose and decided to tour around in the area. We were recommended to get a cab from Tag Along Taxi. We were so surprised on how clean their cabs are. The driver Al is so friendly and professional. It was a quick pick up. We highly recommend this company.

Way better service! Despite the long wait which is understandable due to the current weather condition, they gave me a call to let me know about the delay. Tag Along has the nicest driver in town with super clean cab too! Overall the service and experience was awesome.

I highly recommend this Cab company. They provided quick pick up and very clean cab. This is the best Taxi I have tried so far. Try them, they don’t disappoint. The price is very affordable too.
