Worst worst worst Costco service ever!! Staff is super rude and unprofessional! Doesn't worth for 3hours wait and you won't save any money! Stay away!

Waiting over 2hrs to get our car back after we were told it would be an hour wait. Also waited in line for 30 minutes just to get our keys back to the car... Unreal

This place is unsafe! Had all 4 tires replaced. Next day front tire began to wobble. Pulled over. Lug nuts could be adjusted with my fingers on 3 of the 4 tires. CAA helped get the tires tightened. Called Costco and the manager asked us to bring it back for an inspection. Upon inspection was told the lug nuts are old, faulty and unsafe. Vehicle should never have left. I bought new lug nuts on the spot and they reinstalled the tires, with an apology, a $25 gift card and promised manager follow up. After 4 days no follow up. Finally after 1 week I complained online and all of a sudden I get a call that day. The Manager admitted unsafe work. He Studied security footage showing unsafe work and kept our old lug nuts. They will use all of that for training. I’m happy they will train safety but why am I paying for the terrible service as well new lug nuts? Apparently putting peoples lives in danger can be forgiven with $25 gift cards and “I’m sorry”

(((WARNING))) THIS IS NOT A REAL TIRE CENTRE IT'S A JOKE!This place is a nightmare. Food melted in my kart while I waited after I had shopped for over an hour first. Baby missed a propper nap & my Wife used her lunch break to come get the kids & the food.The $20 you save on just getting a set of tires isn't worth the 3 hour wait!!!. EVEN WITH AN APPOINTMENT!!! This place is a joke!!!

I recently had a flat tire in the parking lot and a employee at your shop was a great help. He said his name was Moe. He came out to my car answered my questions and fixed my tire at the end of his shift. He even drove by to double check if the tire was ok. Thanks for the great customer service. Much appreciated.

I made an appointment for 9 am. First car in the shop that morning. Took 2 hours to change my tires. Should never take that long. I looked in the shop and there were a bunch of guys just standing around, not working. My time is valuable to me. Won’t be coming back here.

Horrible waiting time even if take appointment

Rude lady with her limited knowledge on how to deal with customers told me that we are Kitchener Costco and will charge for fixing messed-up tire TPMS installations done by Waterloo Costco. Her prejudice manager stated before even seeing my car that my TPMS sensor is dead and he eventually replaced my working TPMS sensor to prove that he was right. Helpless store supervisor was of no help for me to make sure the functionality of TPMS sensors. They took 3 hours to fix a flat tire even after booking appointment. My recommendation is to go to professionals than going to this big brand with full of trainees.

Got a flat tire up in Tobermory, no service center around so had no choice but to put the spray sealant in which voids warranty. Got back, took it to Costco where I got the tires from, they replaced it as an exception at no charge.. had awesome service everytime I go in. Have bought my winter and regular season tires here. Crystal and the rest of the staff are great.

Tire change service at this location is extremely slow. It took 2 hours 15 minutes just to change tire (all tires were on their rims) and they only have to remove the lug nuts, install the tires, put the nuts back and fill the air
