Home Depot Cleaning Services - Steam Dry Canada - London

I arranged for Home Depot to come out and clean out our home’s ductwork. I think the last time it was done was probably over 20 years ago.Steam Dry Canada was contracted by Home Depot to perform the task. Camilo and his team arrived within the block time we agreed to. They were both very friendly and professional. Camilo took a picture of the ducts prior to cleaning (what a mess) and after cleaning (what a difference). The team was very considerate about ensuring they left our home as clean as they found it.I always thought ductwork cleaning was a bit of a scam, however, after seeing the before and after photos; duct cleaning will be a regular occurrence for our home. Camilo told us every three to four years would be sufficient for cleaning. Other companies try to get you clean them every year for hundreds of dollars.The Home Depot special of $189 was fair and covered 10 vents.I will definitely be using the service again and would recommend it as well. I hope Camilo will continue to be available when the time comes for our cleaning again.

We had stains on our office furniture and this company was so committed to their work that they came in a second time to follow-up on stubborn stains. It was really appreciated. Thank you Steam Dry Canada.

Not Professional at all. It was raining the day my carpet was cleaned. The technician did not take off his shoes or wear any kind of slip over them. No red carpet service like your video shows. He left wet foot print's through my kitchen and brought in some leaves from outside. He made no attempt to clean the mess that was made through the house. The hose was just pulled around corners when bringing it to and from the room( No corner protectors were installed). I called the head office to voice my issues, They said the branch would contact me within 2 business days. It has been 5 business days and no contact has been attempted.

We had some rooms cleaned in our home as we were getting ready to list. The process was very quick and painless. The carpets look brand new, and the employee was very professional and kind. Would recommend

Excellent service by Daniel. He was professional, courteous and provided excellent advice about maintaining air quality in our home. I'd recommend the service - we noticed a (surprising) improvement in the air flow from our vents after having them cleaned.

Was in our house for 45 minutes to clean out approx 25 vents. When he left we noticed some ducts were not cleaned. We called and left a mug but never received a call back. Wasn't worth the money.

Steam Dry Canada. Their customer service was horrible! They overcharged me when they up sold me! Their technicians were too rushed! They ignored me when I complained! I’m extremely dissatisfied with the duct cleaning service provided by the London branch of Steam Dry Canada and also the Calgary head office of Steam Dry Canada.Their duct cleaning service should have included a free furnace filter, and on numerous occasions Steam Dry Canada has failed to give it to me. They were supposed to give it after they cleaned the ducts, but they didn’t have the right size, they told me they would get back to me, but they never did.I called Steam Dry Canada to complain, they took my info, but didn’t get back to me. So I called again to complain, they told me I should have complained within 7 days (I said I didn’t call because they promised to get back to me and I was waiting for them), they took my info again, but didn’t get back to me again. I called again for the 3rd time, they said it was too late, I should have complained earlier, and they wouldn’t give it to me.This is ridiculous for Steam Dry Canada. I was entitled to a furnace filter right after the service, It was their fault that they couldn’t provide me one. I complained right away and they ignored me and now they are falsely saying I didn’t complain within 7 days, so they won’t fix the problem. They failed to provide a new furnace filter when they were here, and now my clean ducts that I just spent so much money for them to clean is getting contaminated by my old furnace filter.Also, the day the Steam Dry Canada crew showed up, they up sold me the $90 furnace cleaning service and I think they overcharged me. They took only 5 minutes to casually vacuum my furnace. I didn’t know it was such a simple job, but I still had to pay $90 for 5 minutes of work that I could have done on my own. I thought they would have taken more time to clean parts that non-professional people can’t clean.The Steam Dry Canada crew was very rushed when they cleaned my ducts, I know how to judge because I have seen other companies clean ducts. I am certain they didn’t clean my home thoroughly. The Steam Dry Canada crew was so rushed that they didn’t properly handle their vacuum hose and made plenty of scratches on window and door with their black hose.I’m going to say it again, Steam Dry Canada disappointed me big time, their customer service was horrible, they ignored me when I complained, they overcharged me when they up sold me, and their technician were too rushed and made a lot of scratches in my home.

Excellent job done by Camilo! Carpet and couches look amazing. Very friendly and professional.
