Great staff. The property I rent within is quiet. People keep to themselves. No real drama or noise that would be outside of appropriate limits. Property is maintained.

I am very happy with Woodsmere. They always have everything handle right away for everyone here. Even as soon as the snow comes or something needs to be fixed there right there. I am so glad I am back living here.

Lived with woodsmere for years when I was in Lethbridge. Good landlord. Always showed up to take care of issues asap and was fair when dealing with her. Solid rental company.
