Bought a t-shirt on boxing day. Not on sale, full price, but that's okay, because design of my favorite cartoon character on it. Took home and noticed hole left behind by security tag they use and took out. Fabric threads actually cut, so would tear even more with washes. Went to store to exchange, but did not have same size. Asked for at least a discount. Sales person went to ask supervisor, who said no. Talked to supervisor, who called manager. Manager said 10%. Took a while to think because really wanted the shirt, but asked for refund. When we went to refund, was asked for name, phone and full address. Why do they need all that info,for marketing?!?! Even for 10% off they wanted all that info. Supervisor only did what allowed in his power, and told him not mad at him directly; however, won't shop there again. Left with damaged ahirt.

I was at surrey central for a doctors appointment and decided to go in urban plant with my toddler. We were half way through the store and my kid decided to throw a tantrum , It was so embarrassing. Then a guy with curly hair came and was like its okay don’t worry it happens I have a kid myself and I completely understand and know it can be frustrating. Take your time and let me know if I can help in anyway or and if you need sizes in any clothes. Then I realized he was an employee at the store, Then he went and told one of his coworkers (a girl with black hair) to look after me and help me if I need anything. Through my entire shopping they were really great to me and my toddler super helpful and understanding.When my kid usually starts crying I have to leave the store from looks and how embarrassing it can get, but this is my first time ever where i felt understood and welcomed and kids crying is normal and that im not a bad mom.Thank you so much you guys deserve the best!

The sales girl named tahin was making faces and showing attitude when asked for help, as if its not her job to help customers. When i saw a senior associate there i told her that your associate is tired that’s why she is behaving rude and disrespectful, but surprisingly the senior associate was like “no she didn’t say anything, I didn’t see her like this being tired is not against the rules” then don’t work if you are tired it doesn’t give you right to make faces, wao the customer service is TERRIBLE it seems like they were friends working together and disrespecting people there. You can’t even complain because they will disrespect. instead of being sorry they said it’s 7:00 pm store is close you guys should leave. Girls at the till were soooo rude.

This is such a good store ! A LOT OF SELECTION! And you cannot go wrong with the price . I have a lot of dresses from them at such good prices and my two teenagers boys love their cool style for their clothes . Customer service is very good and happy to exchange or return if u r stuck and had no luck with what u purchased in store or online

Worst customer service. Very unfriendly and unprofessional staff. The Asian manager with glasses was egoistic and rude. “Its 6:35 and you have to be in line for check out right now” is what one girl working there told me three times when there were 20 minutes to store for closing.

The clothes and prices are great I love the selection but service isnt the best, I was told try rooms close at 6:30 PM but the store is open till 7 PM ofcourse I know the mall closes at 7, you can make exception if someone needs to try something quickly, it will only hurt the business to say no or cause us inconvenience if we need to return

This is not a hate commentEach time I buy something from this store, the alarm beeps at me when I'm walking out. It's not the first time, and not the second time. And this happens when this same woman scans my items. The same woman.I hope you guys talk to her so that she can stop putting people in embarrassing moments. If she is tired, she should just take a break rather than putting people in this embarrassing situation.Thank you

Good selection here sometimes but all the employees including the manager seem to be young and more interested in chatting amongst each other than acknowledging or focusing on customers a decent amount. It's especially pathetic because SELF CHECKOUT would be better and much more efficient and fast than this experience.

Why is this add up when people inside are saying that their are lots of employees ???
