I went for a haircut a couple months ago here and during my haircut they combed out my earring(by accident ofc). not only did my ear hurt but they lost the earring which was recently pierced, valuable to me, expensive and did not even offer any compensation. I’ve held back on this review for a long time hoping that i would get a follow up and i received nothing. They told me that they would contact me when found and or not found no matter what. Im seriously disappointed in their lack of compensation and customer service when all i get is a sorry

Thoroughly wonderful from the moment I walked through the door. Sam and Carmen were super welcoming and they made me feel right at home.Kelly was amazing. Her hands are so light and she works like an angel. She was able to persuade me to chg the colour I originally wanted for my balayage, and im glad I listened to her. Very happy with hairstylist Sam .very delicate and precise with my son’s hair . The manager is a friendly lady . The ambiance is super clean . We just walked in and try our luck ! And here we are . Highly recommend this hair salon
