The technician that did my 12 week ultrasound was super lovely. She made me feel so comfortable and was genuinely a beautiful person. I'm not sure I've ever had a tech like that before. Amazing. I hope I have her for my anatomy scan as well.

TrueNorth booking office made error in appointment date. Réception Very helpful with dealing with them error in booking and got me in on the Tuesday which was correct date according to my calendar on a cancellation. Ultrasound tech was very professional clear instructions and not chatty but empathetic nevertheless.

Arrived right at opening time, was a really long line in the lobby but once they separated us into X-rays and the walk in clinic side it wasn’t as bad. Took a bit over an hour to be seen, getting the X-ray itself took less than 5 minutes. So with the amount of people infront of me 1 hour wait makes sense. Just sucks you can’t book an appointment as I had to take off work to get these done. And I overheard people arrived at like before 7 am (they open at 8am), so kinda wild. def try to go right at opening tho otherwise I think it’ll just get busier

I had a good experience at the ultrasound dept. Nurse treated me in a well respective and careful manner. No rush for doing the ultrasound.. Overall the staff was cooperative and good.

This was a great experience. Instead of going in Guelph where I couldn't get an appointment within 3 months (!) I thought I can go anywhere, I don't have to use a Guelph clinic just because I live there! So I did some research and decided to try true North imaging. I have to say it's sooooooo much better than Guelph imaging. You can book online, no calling and talking to a cranky receptionist! They email you with a confirmation, they even text a reminder about your appointment! The receptionist was really nice when I arrived (again this is shocking to me, usually they are miserable - sorry but true) the technician was very nice as well. Definitely recommend driving into Kitchener if you're nearby and can't get an appointment locally. Like night and day compared to Guelph imaging.

Had the best experience there getting my ultrasound done. I got there early, and they basically brought me in right away. The sonographer was extremely nice and calming.
