Adams Chevrolet Buick GMC Ltd

Was interested in a Chevy Equinox but was informed the manager had taken it for the weekend. For a dealership I thought sales would be a priority especially when the salesperson was telling me there was a total of 4 people interested. I ended up finding the exact same vehicle with less kms at a different dealership who really proved they appreciated my business. Won't be returning here anytime soon.

The dealership is great!! The sales department was great and service has been great as well, the new GMC Sierra runs great and has nice features at your TEST DRIVE. That quickly runs out and your maps don’t work. You get one month ‘complimentary’ from GM and then it’s trash. I would use the dealer again but I don’t think I see myself in a GM again based on this fact. Something very basic for a new vehicle that doesn’t work without their data pack or onstar that’s another monthly fee. They should at minimum give you a year. Vehicles cost enough nowa days.

Very down to earth and easy people to deal with. I walked out with my truck, and some good peace of mind. The words “honesty is the best policy” were used and it’s something I also strongly believe in. Good job Adams!!

Always greeted with very friendly staff that go above and beyond with each service. Just love the drive in oil change, most efficiently done and always a friendly atmosphere. Will definitely continue to show up at my convenience for this service

I purchased a 2022 canyon denali with black edition package in February of this year. There is a short supply of these trucks and I was able to secure one at this location. I live 3 hours away from this dealer and I made arrangements with the salesman for delivery and install of the truck & black edition accessories. The dealership was very helpful, the salesman was wonderful to deal with. The truck was delivered to me, as is from factory. The additional package was to be put on by a dealership in Calgary, at a later time when the parts had arrived.Thankfully I confirmed the deal with the salesman over text message, because when it came time for Adams Chevrolet to follow through, they ended communication with me. It became incredibly frustrating and just a very unpleasant experience.  The salesman quit answering my calls & responding to text messages. The sales manager sent me a message saying that they would not be honoring the original deal that was made, I would now be responsible for the costs of install. I called the owner multiple times and left voice mail messages, non of which were ever returned. The sales manager eventually sent me a text saying that Adams Chevrolet would now be following through with the original deal, with install in Calgary. I was notified that the parts arrived. Weeks later, the sales manager would not provide a time frame of when the parts were to be delivered to Calgary. Communication again went silent. It was a very annoying process trying to get any form of a response.I left an online review which detailed my experiences with the dealership, it was then that they decided to contact me and provide me with an update.  The parts were delivered the next day and installed in Calgary.In the end, I got the truck that I had purchased.  It might have been a different experience if I lived closer. It was certainly not the vehicle purchasing experience that I expected and not one that I would recommend to my family and friends.

I found that Darren from use sale department was truly amazing. He walked us through anything we asked and made sure that we were happy with our choice. We came back and got our vehicle made sure we were happy with our decision. I will differently be sending people to him. Thankyou Darren

One of the best dealerships i have ever dealt with. Whether it is Steve in parts or Dean in Service they always take care of my automotive needs. Prices and always fair and all their staff is frinedly and very knowledgeable. Will always be back for all my automobile needs.

Absolute joke.Drove almost 2hrs to see a used vehicle, to find out that one of the service staff took the vehicle home and if I wanted to wait, it would be 1.5hrs until the staff brought the vehicle back.Who gives the vehicles away on the wknd if you're trying to sell them.So frustrating. Can't believe the attitude of not wanting to sell.
