Atmosphere was depressing. Communication skills were lacking, we couldn't understand a thing in English or in French. The rice was either undercooked or in the reheat too long because it was hard and hurt my teeth. Do not recommend.

I had not been there in years but it seems like the quality is going downhill. My burrito was rather bland and tasteless. They need to hire someone with better soft skills and communication skills like someone said in a previous review. Next time I'll go the 3 Amigos or the other burrito place in the same block... hasta nunca M4 burritos.

This is the place to come... if you like tasteless and bland burritos, made with ingredients that have been kept in a fridge for days, or are fresh from the can. Probably the owner will reply with a sour retort like he or she has done with so many other negative and honest reviews, still the food is bad, regardless of what he or she may say. Hijole... hasta nunca amigos !!!

This is probably the worst Mexican food I have experienced in Montreal. The quality of the ingredients was as bad as can possibly be; boiled, yellow,tasteless rice, black beans direct from the can, boiled shredded beef, and a pico de gallo that was probably made the week before and kept in the fridge for too long. The customer service was just as bad; they should hire someone who speaks French and English, the Chinese woman behind the counter is unable to communicate with the customers. Her French (or whatever it was) was unintelligible, and her English was non-existent or probably was as bad as her French. I tried to speak to her in English, but she wouldn't bother to switch to English. I have passed by several times by the restaurant and it always looks empty, unlike the other places on that block... now I know why.

Used to go all the time couple of years ago and it was a great spot for burrito bowls, but my last experience was awful. The beyond meat and rice weren’t fresh at all and dry. Amount of cheese, salsa and lettuce was ridiculously low.

Nice little place to pop in for a lunch stop. The food was good, but severely portioned. They offered dine in or take out options. Handicapped accessible entry, and restrooms. Street was blocked off, but there was free parking within walking distance. We would eat there again.

Delicious, Filling, and Stacked. Best burrito I've had in a long while. The workers on Friday, September 18th were very professional and polite.

Nice spot for simple burritos! Everything tasted good and the service was really good too! I'd recommend stopping in if this place interests you!However, it’s more than I’d like to spend for a small fast food meal. Not prohibitively so, but enough to make eating here more of a treat than a habit.

Fresh, good tasting ingredients. Got large pork and beyond meat burritos. Pork was very good but I have had better beyond meat. Good value for money; lots of selectable ingredient choices. Service was a little brusque but friendly enough

This place has torn seats, and the portions are tiny. Food came out cold, place was cold.
