It’s very hard to find the truck from here, need to book very earlier. Month end is always be busy.Long queue during pick up, spare your 30-40 mins for that.

You do not have the option of giving zero stars, as this location has nothing good to offer you!!! I've rented it several times with the same company in other places, it was always very good!!! I rented a van this week, and they gave me an old car, I drove 50 meters and the car turned off, this happened 3 times in 5 minutes, I went back there, I returned the car in 10 minutes and so far I haven't received my money back... .junk place!!!

I had an exceptional experience at U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer. The check-in process was smooth, and everything was prepared when I arrived. The old gentleman working there was incredibly helpful, and the customer service was excellent. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and dedicated to ensuring my satisfaction. I highly recommend U-Haul for their outstanding service.

If you book online after hours for pickup in the morning - do not trust a next day reservation. It WILL go through online and you will be told the vehicle will be ready and waiting for you.The reservation shows to that a truck is booked and waiting ready for mobile (24/7) pickup. You can fill in all the details in advance (ie driver's license details etc), and pay.When you arrive for pickup, it will tell you you require counter service for pickup. They are closed until after lunch.We called uhaul customer service, and almost 45 minutes later had it sorted out that we now had to drive 20 minutes the wrong direction for pickup at the Weston Road location (which is open in the morning).I had a tight schedule, and had arranged for additional help etc.. Incredibly frustrating.If you can't fill a service as booked, why would you accept that booking at all?

The women very rude on phone....Didn't even ask any question yet....she keep saying nothing available..nothing...nothing..

Be carefull when you give them credit card in my case they remove money two times.. After my call they refund but need to be carefull...
