Dr. Babin is compassionate and understanding. I feel heard during my appointments. She takes the time to explain things to me and make suggestions to improve my health. Yes, her receptionist is a bit 'To The Point', but that's how you run an office. Being kind and clear works for me. I'm happy to be a patient here.

Dr Babin and her receptionist have both been positively wonderful. They can be busy at times, but what doctor's office isn't. I'm so glad she came to Red Deer.

I am so thankful to have found Dr. Babin!! She is the kindest, most caring and understanding doctor I have ever had! She took my fiancé and I in as patients and she listened to all our concerns, didn’t brush off anything we had to say, and referred us to wherever we needed to go based what we told her. When I talk to her, I feel like I’ve known her my whole life - and her secretary too! Dr. Babin and Rayona both get my 5 Stars. Thank you ladies!!

I honestly don't have enough good things to say about Dr. Babin. This is the first doctor I've ever felt comfortable with and she's been incredibly kind, understanding, and professional with every visit. I owe everything to her for finally getting a proper diagnosis. I've made more progress in 3 months than I have in 20 years and numerous other doctors. The lady in the front office is also an absolute gem and makes booking appointments easy and painless. Thank you both for everything, truly a cut above the rest!

I’ve never met the doctor but my impression after our telephone meet and greet have been less than favourable. Three appointments were made and all three were cancelled by her office for one reason or another. After the last cancellation I was told a phone call should be received the following day to rebook but none was received. When I called the receptionist to voice my concerns she just said fine and hung up. If this was the type of service I was to expect I didn’t want any part of it.

I absolutely loved Dr.Babin!! She is so kind and understanding. Unfortunately her receptionist is extremely difficult to deal with, being rude and condescending to patients over the phone. Dr. Babin has, and I’m sure will continue to lose patients due to this issue. Very unfortunate to see good doctors with such terrible office staff.

Although I've only met Dr. Babin once - I'm afraid this relationship is over for the sole reason of her receptionist. She is unbelievably rude, inconsiderate, put me on hold twice and then hung-up on me the second time. There is seriously something not quite right with this individual - and Dr. Babin - if you're reading this - she is costing you patients. Find someone else to administrate your office; this makes you look grossly unprofessional.
