Same product's as ebay for less then 3/4 of the price. Dont deal with these guys. Wasnt even helped guys ignored me and when I asked a question it was like I was barging in somewhere I didnt belong definitely wont go back. All employee are rude and manager/ boss doesnt care.

Sold me a case for a different model of my phone because it was more expensive and once I realized and came back they wouldn't give me a proper refund but only in store credit. Never ended up using it because they were very sleazy and did not want to return after that experience

I was there bout a metro pcs flip phone said was totally unlocked got home it wasn't so called and said would unlock it they didn't know and to come in and will fix it. I went back they had no clue so said person could help wasn't available for an hour. Got a coffee and waited. Went back that person had no clue and heard more excuses had all day. Said would have unlock code. This morning they called and felt a big relief. Gave me what said was unlock code. Put it in hope wasn't it. Said to come in. Again. This is third trip. When was first there the guy helped me but when went to pay he was busy taking care of two other customers came in after me and took care of them and they paid before he said to come for me to pay. A third customer came in and he said just a sec and was trying to sell that customer a case. I though my gosh. Finally I got upset said excuse me I was here before these other three people who have come and 2 gone and I am still waiting to pay for my phone. This is real bad customer service.

The guys in the actual store are great. The guys in the KIOSK by marashalls are scammers. Sold me a phone that was definitely second hand and tried to sell it off as new and when I called out the manager on it he went in circles and ran away to take a phone call. Get a case from the guys in the store, stay away from their little kiosk on the other side of the mall by Marshall’s

They replaced my broken screen in less than an hour. The screen is working perfect since over 6 months. Charges were cheaper than Apple store. Would recommend to my friends and family.

Had some issues with the screen guard but the happily fixed it, the store owner was very polite and considerate and helped me out with all my troubles. Thanks for the great customer service. <3

When I was about to lose hope for my phone, It was recommended to me to try Cellicon.Sam was extremely helpful and went above and beyond by fixing my phone when my own trouble shooting and phone provider couldn't. Sam also gave me suggestions to try if the issue was to ever to happen again.Amazing customer service, knowledgeable and a great selection of products!

Sold me a case that needs to be removed to plug in ANY headphones and also gets in the way of the camera. Sells the same cases you can find on amazon for a high markup. Also did i mention no refunds? I really cant recommend this place. There are many great cellphone shops in town. This isnt one of them

We get all of our screen protectors and accessories here at Cellicon in ISC. Why? Because they are MORE than helpful, any issue or concerns about my devices or products are always addressed professionally and right there on the spot. They have always had a solution for my needs. I won’t go anywhere else.

Went in to go find a tablet case as I needed a new one, told them what I had and the guy kept pushing for the model #... told him to just show me the 8 inch cases and i will know what one i need, he proceeded to tell me he needed the model number to show me the cases, how the hell do you need a model number for a Samsung tab A.. he then ended up telling me to go home and get the model and then he will sell me one. Was rude and disrespectful... ended up buying a case for far less cheaper somewhere else.
