I called ahead and the man at at the nebo rd plant said I didn't need any personal protective equipment to dump my concrete there. I make the 30 min drive there with my concrete, then the unhappy lady at the scale house informs me that I need pants, steel toe boots, safety vest, gloves, safety glasses, and a hard hat to get in! what a waste of my time. Poor customer service. not happy
