Went for an ultrasound on my shoulder today. Found them very informative and explained the issues I have. In my case, they could not have done anything more for my situation.. GREAT EXPERIENCE..Highly recommend this facility.Murray P

Fantastic experience went in for my wife baby ultrasound. I was super pumped that at this clinic the dads aren’t treated like second class parents but get to be apart of the full ultra sound to see the baby up close . The guy we worked with was nothing but professional. 5 stars for sure.

I have asked my doctor to not refer me here again. My first visit in 2021 was pleasant but the most recent left me feel anxious and very upset with the care I received. The front desk was friendly but the gentleman that did my dating ultrasound was cold and rude. I was hopeful I was getting the same lady I had for previous ultrasound but that wasn’t the case. Unfortunate experience.

Went for my second ultrasound here and was very happy. Friendly staff, got to watch my baby the entire time the tech was doing their thing. Baby was stubborn but the tech did their best to get me good photos which I really appreciate and chatted with me about what I was looking at the entire time as I'm a first time mom. Excited to have future scans here until my due date!

Asked my gyno to refer me to this clinic since I had been there before. When the clinic called me to set up the appointment, I could hear them talking about me and whether I was “the girl who was late” to my last appointment (months ago). They didn’t realize I had answered the phone and could hear them. I interrupted the conversation to say hello, but it would have continued had I not done that. I ended up canceling the appointment because the whole interaction made me feel uncomfortable.

I’m a 64 yr old woman and had an abdominal ultrasound today… part of it being done internally. The female technician was professional and kind. She also was quick and I was taken on time. The office is bright and has comfortable seating. Nothing could have been done better.Thank you, Ingrid .

Tech was a little rude. My appointment was at 8:30 am. I got there at 8:20 and the first thing out of his mouth was YOUR LATE. The front desk and the people working there need better communication. Doesn’t seem he enjoys his job.

Had an absolutely wonderful experience with our 20 week ultrasound! The technician was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain each aspect of the ultrasound process. The entire office was extremely friendly, very helpful & clean. Past ultrasound experiences for me, have been impersonal and cold. This was such a breath of fresh air.If you show up early to your appointment, follow instructions (have a full bladder), and enjoy banter or even a polite conversation during your appointment, this is your place :)

Rude and dismissiveIt’s my second visit. I was late ( by 6 mins) as I misplaced my requisition and had to get it from clinic again. Staff were rude and then started saying you are supposed to drink water 1 hr before and this was not okay, I did informed that I drank 1 litre water before 1 hr and keep drinking in between just to make sure more. But not listened to it and keep saying the same like dismissing whatever you say. This not happened on my first visit , they asked and I replied, simple. But now, it felt they hurried and make me more anxious, then lady staff said there is not enough water and need to rebook. It was so quick like I entered in and out of the building in less than five minutes. Again at front desk, the man was passing unnecessary comments saying that the guy dropped you took off already sarcastically and be on time for next appointment. It’s upsetting to have such unpleasant experience but not surprised after reading previous reviews. I would not recommend about this place to anyone.

I love this place. I just had a pregnancy scan here. They were so helpful and very nice. They explained everything to me. The female technician was really good. Respectfully, they do turn away people who show up late for their appointments ... but if you are an on-time kind of person, you will love it here!!
