I haven't shopped at Ricki's in 25 years. Boy am I kicking myself for missed opportunities because today I walked into Ricki's at Midtown Plaza dreading the thought of trying to find an outfit or 2 for work that would hopefully look presentable and be somewhat affordable. Michelle greeted me and asked me what I needed today. Two hours and 2 bulging bags later I walked out with an entire wardrobe of mix and match pieces that are comfortable, so very beautiful and SUIT my short fat old lady bod that I am now ROCKIN' thanks to her fantastic guidance! I have never experienced such a welcoming salesperson in my life! She asked questions, listened to my answers and watched what items caught my eye then brought me pieces to try that suited me and fit my tastes. Michelle, you are my new style guru and I thank you from the bottom of my heart! Plus, thanks to their very reasonable prices and a pretty fantastic sale, my husband won't have a stroke when he sees the receipt!

My husband I visited the store to purchase my Christmas gift and also purchased a winter parka for myself. Service was great! Thank you!

The girls were absolutely amazing came and helped right away and got me into a changing room. They were all so pleasant. I will be back again.

We had such amazing customer service from the team at this Ricki’s location while Black Friday shopping. They were particularly welcoming and understanding of my 5 year old niece who can be a busy little shopper. It was a very busy day in the mall but Tanya and the other employees made us feel special and showed us so much patience.

I keep getting emails I was at this location when I don't even live within 12 hour drive to the city.
