I rented an Uhaul truck from this place a couple of days ago. Excellent service and communication both on a phone and in person. Extremely knowledgeable, courteous and friendly staff (especially Miles). Being an actual storage place they have a very nice and clean reception area, coffee machine and of course all the supplies. Can’t really be much better for Uhaul place. Would use them again for sure.

Rented a truck for a few hours. The two staff that were in were very kind, quick, and professional. They didn't look for ways to overcharge. Would recommend.

I normally don't write reviews but our experience was SO POSITIVE that I had to share. Every staff member we spoke to at this location was friendly, nice and made reserving, picking up and dropping off our trucks so enjoyable. We tried to reserve trucks at other locations and we either couldn't get through on the phone or they couldn't help us with a multi-day rental. I was so pleasantly surprised by our experience and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND contacting Westshore U Lock first.

Everything was very clearly explained to us and no extra charges occurred. They even called ahead of time to schedule early pick up and there was no extra charge for that either. Very transparent and efficient. It was a great experience, thank you.
