Constantly closed when they say they are open. Very poor business practice.

Lived there 4 years and had to get car, and bike insurance through other weypoint brokers two of those years as I'd rarely get an answer to my phone call. Poorly run

Best insurance place I’ve ever dealt with.

Would Give ZERO if I could. I live a 7hour ferry ride and 27hour round trip to Port Hardy to renew my license so I made sure to call ahead to make sure they would be open before getting on the ferry. Despite calling ahead to assure they would be open on Saturday to renew my license, and being told they would be, about 8-10 of us showed up to a closed ICBC/WayPoint. This had nothing to do with a long weekend or anything, as again we called to make sure they would be open and were assured they would be. We also called when we showed up and no one was there, again we were told someone should be there and they should be open. The other locations tried to contact someone but no one showed up. I wasted a 27hour round trip and almost $200 in travel expenses to come down to renew my license and didnt even get that accomplished. I will be going to every level of ICBC to get this resolved. I leave this poor review on Waypoint because it is the same building/staff as the ICBC, so therefore the same group that let me down.

I recently suffered a loss claim with my business. The insurer was trying to pay alot less than my coverage was for. Janet went the extra mile to make sure that I received full and fair compensation with the insurer. Where else can you go that the brokers legitimately care about their customers?Thank you Janet.
