Jim and Luke did a fantastic job making my vision come to life. The fireplace feature wall looks beautiful. I started with a picture of what I wanted and I am so happy with what they did. The tile and stonework is perfection. The service was excellent from start to finish. I highly recommend them.

Spoke to Kimberly at Select first - she was fantastic gave us a few options and an idea of what the budget was. Then Jim came out to look at our current wood burning fireplace, and finalized the quote to replace it with a new gas fireplace. Jim is awesome, gave us a fair price, and came back to swap out our old one himself. You can see he takes great pride in his work. I highly recommend this team!

I had the pleasure of talking to Jim today from Select Fireplaces who was able to talk me through how to fix my gas fireplace over the phone. I was so thankful that we avoided him having to come out for a simple fix that he could deal with over the phone. He also didn't charge me a penny. The entire experience right from booking the maintenance appointment to the cleaning and tune-up has been great. Adrian, James and Jason were professional and answered all my questions. I tried to put a review on the Houzz site, but it hasn't come through, so I am posting one here as well. We had a great experience with this company from beginning to end. Jim came out to give us a quote, which the other companies we called refused to do. We all wore masks and were socially distanced from one another.Jim was very informative and professional and he patiently answered all of our questions. A month later, he arrived with Jason and they installed our Majestic Ruby 30 gas insert, which we love.They were both very pleasant and hard-working and they wore masks the entire time they were in our home. After they left, our family room was cleaner than before they arrived! They didn't leave even a speck of dust behind them. We were very impressed. Kimberly from the office was wonderful as well. She kept in touch with us by phone and email and was always available for any questions we had. Also, the price quoted to us by Jim was very reasonable and considerably less than the quotes that were sent to us by email, by the companies that refused to come out. Highly recommend Select Fireplace LTD ! Jim was very professional & friendly , he explained everything that was going on as I had a lot of water coming into my fireplace that flooded it as well as water in my gas line. It was not a pretty job to deal with as there was zero access to my attic, but he worked a plan & made it happen. If you are looking for good quality service, look no further than this company.
