Sol cares deeply about his clients and ensures he creates a safe space for them to work through various challenges. He is talented in rapport building and helping clients feel comfortable so they can share without fear of judgement. As a co-worker and coach he is incredibly supportive, transparent and has an ability to bring laughter to the room. Sol is the type of person who checks in with his co-workers and clients regularly and genuinely cares how they are doing. Sol wholeheartedly cares about the success of his clients and will go the extra mile to ensure they are being supported in a way that allows them to reach their full potential (and he is able to see the potential in everyone!)! Sol is able to hold space for clients to bring their entire self to sessions and he is able to tailor his approach and support the individual needs of each client! I have had the privilege of seeing Sol in his element coaching clients and making a real difference in the life of so many!

I took part in a youth employment program in March, 2023. Under expert guidance and facilitation of Sol, I grew so much more than just in employment.
