Had my car serviced here, customer service is excellent, they offer free uber drop off and pick instead of waiting in there, they call and keep you updated, you get text messages as well for any additional car recommendation services, overall it was a smooth transaction.

Visited 401 Dixie Mazda to look at options as I had a lease on a Ford Explorer expiring.My wife and I met with Jackie and he was extremely kind and helpful in working out the details and arranging a test drive of a CX-90. After viewing one in the showroom and having a test drive, my wife and I were sold on it.Abhimanyu assisted us on the finance and was very helpful and supportive.Fast forward to last Thursday, we picked up the vehicle.Granted, there were some unknowns that we encountered during the entire process, but we figured it out as we went along.Don't be afraid to ask the right questions and challenge any unforeseen things that may come up.

Beware of scams.. I had really bad experience buying car from this dealer. Very pushy, rude and poor communication. They don’t even give time for us to think. They will keep pushing you and make you buy. Finance manger named Abhimanyu told, somethings which feels like really needed for the car at that moment. Just for money they will add all additional un-necessary things as much as possible which will comes around 4k and some additional insurance 2k (which they don’t even explains what is that for). I made very big mistake to trusted them and signed the contract. Later I came to know, all those additional things are not at all required. Once you signed, that’s it and that’s all. Their behaviour will change upside down. They don’t listen or treat you as customer anymore… Due to which, I lost around 6k as additional things which we can do it later with any service provider with cheaper price.I wouldn’t recommend this showroom any my friends and family members.

Came in to renew the lease on my moms car, I dealt with Jackie & Abhimanyu not only did they help me get the CX-30 at a rate that’s beyond competitive they essentially were able to get me the same rate I got 4 years ago on a Mazda 3, the deal they offered was so good that I came back again to check if they’d help with my dads Mitsubishi and yet again the offered to buy the car and help us get the CX-90 for the same rate again these two are amazing and you have to come to this Mazda they are literally the best at what they do

Abhimanyu is hands down one of the most helpful and straightforward person I've ever come across when shopping for cars. He helped me during a very tough time and got me an unbelievable deal. We bought two cars from him and I can easily say it was the most pleasant customer service experience while buying a car I have ever experienced. If you're looking for an advice regarding cars or looking to get the car, please ask for Abhimanyu only.

I am beyond frustrated with the way this dealership does business. Beware you will be scammed if you buy a used car from them. They pushed an extended warranty pretty much against our will, they also made us buy the anti-rust protection and the cherry on the cake was the interest rate on the loan, which turn out to be a whole percent more than discussed. So if you fail to read the paper they give you and sign based on what you discuss with them, they will make a few adjustments without your knowledge. Oh and the attitude every employee has there is just unprecedented. Had we not needed that car urgently I would have been running from them right away. Brutal experience..To add after your response... I did contact your dealership after and was told by Abhy that I should have read the contract carefully, since I signed off it's my fault now. However, the interest rate was not clearly indicated on the paper I was given to sign. He also has a tactic of pretending to be super busy and rushing people to get done. Lastly, the loan was done on my name fully, instead of me being a guarantor/cosigner. Payments are coming off my account. What kind of business is this? Next step for me - contacting Mazda head office to question your employees integrity.

What we received on the day of our test drive appointment was very disappointing service. We arrived on time, talked to two different people at the dealership and they told us they relayed the message to Vinit, the person who was supposed to help us. They asked us to sit and wait until he was finished. We waited for half an hour with no further communication and ended up leaving for another dealership due to the poor communication and experience overall at your Mazda dealership.The Toyota dealership we went to yesterday ended up giving us great service and allowed us to have a test drive without an appointment. We ended up purchasing a car from them the same day.

Everyone I dealt with was very respectful, knowledgeable, and kind. We all expect dealerships to be pushy, but I didn't get that at all here. The staff definitely made my purchasing experience an enjoyable one!

I had a negative experience with this car dealership. After placing an order for a car, I was informed that it would take six months for delivery. Despite making several follow-up calls, I was consistently told to wait for the delivery day and that there might be some delays due to high demand for the vehicle. However, on the delivery day, the dealer informed me that the car model I ordered was no longer being produced and suggested that I purchase a different car instead. When I asked why I wasn't informed earlier, they claimed to have sent me an email in January, which I never received. The dealer then changed their story, saying that they did not have my email on file. When I pressed them further, they told me that Mazda, the car manufacturer, was no longer producing the car I had ordered. However, when I contacted Mazda Canada, they confirmed that the model was still being manufactured and that there were no delays. Other dealerships quoted a waiting time of three to six months for the same model, but when a friend inquired with the same dealership, they were told the wait time was six months. It has now been more than seven months since I placed my order, and I have not received any updates from the dealership. As a result, I would not recommend ordering a car from this dealership.
