Idk what happened but I'm pretty sure they've switched franchise owners. The girls working there now are always on their phones and chatting. They make faces and roll their eyes when you come up simply to pay. I was buying somethings and when I went to tell the cashier my phone number since I collect points, she said oh I'm new so I don't know about that". I asked her if they train her and she just gave me my total again. She at least was nice so I don't fault her too much

This store has plenty of cool stuff but they are not honest. The prices that are listed is not what you are charged. I got a cup that was 8.00 on sale for 50% off why was it 4.50. Something else I got was 4.95 on the price tag i was charged over $5.00. They say the bag is 30 cents but they charge 37 cents. Not cool! It might be a small amount of money but it adds up if you but many things

staff are rude. no greetings, one staff literally stood in front of a customer just to wipe the counter down, and the same staff stood right beside me without saying anything because i was looking at a shelf that she needed to get to, no decency to give customer service like if i was looking for something or even say excuse me or sorry.

The newest hired staff including the manager are horrible. I’ve personally watched staff go though CUSTOMERS bags assuming they have stolen when they obviously haven’t. When confronted and reported to security about what they are doing they get mad and pretend they haven’t done anything wrong. They are also constantly swapping/firing staff and getting more because of how poor of a job management does.

I really like going to this store they have really helpful staff.

They have a new rude manager who has very bad custom service skills. My friend grabbed an item and wasn’t sure about the price as there was a lot of items in front of the shelves so she asked one of the ladies who was organizing and as she was beginning to answer, the manager was standing behind her started speaking in a very rude tone “the sticker is right there, you can read it”.Not sure how he became the manager, I wouldn’t even let him manage a convenient store, let a lone a store in a mall with that type of attitude. Individuals can have trouble identifying prices due to different situations whether medical or behavioural and this manager clearly has no clue that the world doesn’t just revolve around him and his ability to identify the price.This is my first time encountering such a rude customer service after they hired this new manager.

I wanted to buy two products, both had a price set by the store and when I went to pay, I had to pay more, one 4 times more than the original value and the other eniq another precii. They say that they do not have to respect4 the prices they set, that was said by the manager GURDEEP SINGH. TERRIBLE SERVICE.Check the price because they change it!!!!!!

Awful experience at the store. Went to buy socks that were listed at 1.99 got to the cash register and it ended up being 8.99. When I asked about it the cashier was very passive aggressive and said it wasn’t marked wrong. Whatever, but then she was upset I didn’t want to get both pair of socks. The prices are wrong and the staff is even more awful.

Worst customer service; I am writing this review on my experience of last Saturday, Nov 3rd, 2022. I went to this location to exchange some stuff., I showed the receipt and my stuff, The cashier said I can not get CREDIT/RETURN but I can exchange the stuff, I had my 10-year-old kid with me. I took some stuff to exchange, the cashier said she does not know how to do that so she will call the store manager.Mr. GURDEEP SINGH came to advise that he is the manager and he advise that he can not EXCHANGE the stuff, I said the cashier said he can. Mr. GURDEEP SINGH said that 'I DON'T CARE WHAT SHE SAYS I CAN NOT EXCHANGE THE STUFF AS SHE JUST HIRED TODAY; SHE DID NOT KNOW'  I simply told him that I wasted my time, as your employee gave me the wrong informationMr. GURDEEP SINGH lost his temper and started swearing in front of my 10-year-old kid, he used F word as well. I would never go to a store where managers like  Mr. GURDEEP SINGH use F word in front of kids; if you have untrained empyoee simply say sorry; you don't have to use F word. GURDEEP SINGH  you are getting paid for this work so do not abuse customer.

I have 3 little girls that are heart broken .i purchased them each a countdown calendar showing the characters they like. But when i gave them to them this morning, they were so excited, they unwrapped the calendar , undid the bow opened the doors to find all the numbered boxes, only to find NOTHING ! Every box is empty , Who does that ? Miniso does ! My girls are devastated.
