Most of these reviews are left at the request and push of the front desk. The male staff from this location in particular are always short and irritated on the phone even when you're polite. This place definitely needs an overhaul in terms of quality of the buildingsI had to edit my review because they say they don't solicit reviews when that is quite literally what they do. The front staff pressured me to do so multiple times... lying won't get you anywhere

I can’t say enough about the staff! Dunsin is incredibly attentive and extremely helpful. The facility is clean and well kept and in an ideal location. It was a great comfort knowing that my possessions were stored in a safe place where the staff truly care! Many many thanks!

Look for another storage! I have used very good storages and I know this one is so bad. Aside of the location, everything is awful:•They charge you for the entire month if you leave in the beginning the month. I removed all my stuff on July 8th and they still charged for 23 more days;•the place is filthy and so warm inside. So hot in the summer and very cold in the winter.•not enough moving carts, or dollies. I was told they don’t have plenty of it because people steal it. What an excuse, they should find a better way to monitor it.•Noticed rat bait in some locations, not a good sign of having important goods in place that might be infested.

I had an incredible experience at public storage (24 Jefferson -Toronto) today , the check in process was very smooth. Eric gave me all the important information in a clear and efficient manner and made the process very pleasurable . He also walked me to the storage unit and and showed me the facility and made me comfortable with it very easily . Eric and Dunsin were very professional and punctual . 5/5 for maxing customer services and really fair pricing as well ! Recommend 100%
