If i could give negative stars, I wouuld. It's extremely hard to get anyone to answer the phone. Called for a cab at 11:30 last night. They said it would be 30 to 40 minutes. No one showed up. Called again at 12:33 am was told another 30 to 40 minutes. No one showed up. Ended up calling co-op cabs at 2:30 am. They showed up in 17 minutes. Reginacabs is such an unreliable company.

Answer your phones!! Just close if you guys dont want business. No wonder every one uses Uber cabs are a effing headache! Dont call cabs! Dont do it!! For your health!

Terrible. Called and was told 10 min for a cab. 45 mins went by before i called back. The dispatcher then told me it would be there soon and hung up. Another 45 mins go by before i am picked up. Cab was very gross with wrappers everywhere, and driver was glued to his phone while flying through traffic. I will not ever be doing business with this company again, and I advise others to do the same.

Consistently places you on hold for 5 minutes because they are busy, and then just proceed to hang up on you. They do not care about wasting your time. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I waited 1.5h for a cab and it never came. I tried to phone them again but no one answered. When I finally got through to someone they were extremely rude and still did not send a cab. I do not recommend getting a ride from this company.

Terrible service. The dispatcher said it would be 20 minutes but the cab never showed up. I tried calling back twice and was hung up on both times.

I booked a cab for the next morning using their online booking option for Jan 3, 2023. The cab didn't show up and everytime I tried to phone, it rang 4 times and hung up on me, I was never able to talk to anyone. I won't be using them anymore and based on my experience, I would not recommend them.

Neustadt like every other cab company onl they seem to answer there phones from time to time. However, they have implemented a new automated feature where I have sat on hold waiting, and hung up after 5 minutes then called right back and got a dispatcher almost immediately. Not sure what its all about, but it's annoying sometimes.

Prebooked a cab that was late. No answer at office. Then I get a call to say Regina cabs are not working today????? Took another company cab. Never will I use them
