Very expensive service.

Je suis déçu, j'ai eu un très mauvais service, aucun professionnalisme. Ils ont réparé ma souffleuse sans avoir mon autorisation, ils voulaient être payer pour un service non demandé et avec un prix exorbitant, et quand j'ai refusé, ils ont poussé la souffleuse dehors sans aucune aide pour la mettre dans le véhicule d'un poids de plus de 50kg. Je ne remettrai jamais les pieds chez eux et je conseille tous mes amis et connaissances à faire de même, surtout quand ils traitent un client comme un menteur.

Excellent service, je loue à cet endroit depuis plusieurs années. Toujours été satisfait de mon expérience.

We have been using them for the past 15 years. The staff are really knowledgeable and professional.It had to many problems and was very slow to operate. It opens but then it won't close properly, so it can't be moved to a new location...I rented the boom lift for a day. Needed it for only 2-3 hours but it wasted my whole day along with 2 of my guys.To be fair, they offered 10% discount for the issues. I don't care about the cost, I will expense the cost regardless.I would have expected the management to jump in, to find a way to make it right. If an equipment has an issue, it should not be rented at all. If it was rented not knowing it has issues, then the client should not be charged at all.I am very loyal to my suppliers but once I get screwed once, that is it. I will move them to the bottom of my list and will only rent, if i have absolutely no choice.
