I am so happy about my results.I joined in June and am down about 19 pounds and 10 inches.The biggest test was going on holidays for two weeks.Every other time I am up 5 to 10 pounds after a vacation.This time I came back down 3.2 pounds.Seriously lol.The system works.You change how you eat but you can still have your treats and enjoy trying out new restaurants in your travels.Making better choices is a way to keep the weight loss going in the right direction without feeling hungry.Amanda and the ladies are so helpful and supportive.Highly recommend this place❤️❤️❤️

I absolutely would recommend this .I was a skeptic at first. I have tried everything to lose inches. Especially of my waist. Exercising,diet pills,creams. You name any group I have tried it.I have lost 14.5 inches of my stomach Omg, in 8 sessions and 6 pounds. Don’t have weight to lose. It’s been three weeks now and it’s still of.Everyone is commenting on how good I look.Staff are very helpful and they will help you with your food plan as well.So impressed with this it’s so worth it.
