Thank you Andre and the Pilon Family, for making a very difficult time for our family so beautiful.Thank you for taking care of our Father Lou as if he were your own. Your kindness and gentle nature that you showed our family and especially our mom will never be forgotten. We lost my Father on April 29th unexpectedly, and were referred by a close family member that had worked with Pilon Funeral Homes for their loved ones. We met both Andre & Phil the very next day and it immediately felt as though we were sitting with people who truly cared. Genuine. Sympathetic. Gentle. Compassionate. They wanted to hear our story They wanted to here about our life, our situation and most importantly - about my Father. They made it seem as if they would have sat there all day long just listening to us, if we wanted to continue talking that long. They paid attention to detail. No request or inquire seemed to be an inconvenience at all. They are NOT pushy or high pressure - AT ALL. Very much the opposite, and when you are dealing with loss.....that's the last thing you want. At least that's my Family. The impression they left with my entire Family, has gained them forever clients. And one last note - the After Care Service with Gina.....we thought we could manage it all on behalf of my Mom but we had no real clue as to just how much work was ahead of us. One meeting with Gina - and she took full control & had everything from CRA to passports to costco memberships to Dad's handicap parking pass and everything in between taken care of. It was beyond helpful so our only focus was on our Mother and honoring my Father. Thank you Andre, Gina & Phil - from the bottom of our hearts, for all you did for my Family. If I could give Pilon Family Funeral Home 100 stars - I would.

As expected, Andre and his team at Pilon Family Funeral Home have provided outstanding service and compassion to our family dealing with the recent loss of our mother/grandmother/mother in-law/sister and great friend. Expected because it is the same level of service the Pilon team has provided while caring for other members of our family in the past.Andre and his team took the time to really know and understand the wishes and desires of our mother, and her remaining family, and tailored a beautiful ceremony that fulfilled those wishes and created a truly personal experience.Andre responded to our many questions and emails quickly and comprehensively which helped reduce the stress we were all feeling. He also made suggestions to personalize the ceremony that really reflected our mother’s life and accomplishments. She was fluently bilingual, so he not only spoke in perfect French and English during the ceremony, but he also played guitar and sang beautifully in French as well, which was so well received by all celebrants.The feedback we have received following the ceremony has been consistently positive with many specific comments about how perfectly it reflected our mother’s life. This was due, in large part, by the professionalism shown and wonderful service delivered by Andre and his team at Pilon Family Funeral Home.

I don't know how we could ever thank Andre and his team enough for the service they provided our family with the loss of our loved one. He was compassionate, understanding, patient, and treated our loved one with the utmost respect and honour. Andre really understands loss and I am so grateful for the service he provided our family in our darkest moments. Thank you Andre and team.

First off I'd like to say thank you to Andre, Gina and Phil for all their time, patience and professionalism to help my family. It was the greatest experience l, due to not knowing what I was doing at all, they helped with everything. I had short time to get in contact with a funeral home an Pilon family was the first in mind, and with the fastest pickup/response. I called at 6pm and they were able to help and take my mom the next day, if it weren't for the weather it would have been sooner but at the point it was already fast. I can keep on going with positive words but I'll just say this, best place, best experience, wish I could give a bigger star rating. Thank you all so much
