You will always feel safe Living at Avenue Living apartments in Lethbridge.If it's not an Ambulance, It's 2 or 3 police cars in the parking lot everyday. Emergency services know the locations very well. Fact. Palm Road south has police cars every day.

I moved into Avenue Living at the start of the renovations, seeing the improvements over the last few weeks have been very pleasing. I really love how the hallways and stairwells are for the most part always kept clean and fresh. The outdoor renovations aren't yet completed but are looking very pleasing and I am excited to use the new seating area. The one thing that I have noticed and appreciated is how quickly they are getting their work done and efficiently. I have no complaints. The neighbourhood is more than peaceful and the residents I've simply said a quick Hello" to are lovely and friendly. I do very strongly recommed anyone looking to rent

Horrible company to rent from.If having problems with them please don't talk to anyone and talk to a lawyer. More people need to stand up against this company and how they treat there tenants.Yes I did take them to court after living there only 8 months. It was a 3 year court battle except at least I can talk and let people know not to rent from them

As I was moving in, personal property was removed from my apartment by Avenue Living staff and never returned. When I moved out, my Damage Deposit was unreasonably delayed because their printer was not working yet."All this occurred as I was dealing with a progressive physical disability."

Worst experience of renting I’ve had, and I’ve rented for a while. From no control over heat to homeless people sleeping in stairwell, wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Avenue living off the poor.

This company will cancel your booking in the very last minute, but they have controlled most of the property rentals in downtown. If you have to rent somewhere in downtown, beware of the cancellation that they are not gonna warn you and you are just wasting time on this company.

After 2 1/2 years I gave notice for July 31st of this year. I had planned for movers to come 29th and move most stuff. I was going to come back later, pick up the stuff left over, and tidy up a bit. I went into my apartment on the 30th and everything else was gone. The maintenance man said they didn't know when I was coming back. By rights I had until 11:59 a.am the have all my stuff out. Went and talked to them and they said they threw it all out. I have contacted a lawyer to see what my rights are.

I've been living at the flamborough gardens location since April 2021. And I've had nothing but problems. The laundry room gets shut down with no warning for weeks at a time.There were two apartments that had caught fire within a month of eachother. They decided to use that as an excuse to renovate the whole building, which is great in theory, but was done in the worst possible way. I was given a notice saying that work would be completed by mid November, but here we are in March, and nothing has been done since December. One of the reasons I chose my apartment was because of the balcony, which I haven't been able to use since the end of September because of the construction.When I signed the lease, I was informed of a 200 dollar fee if the premise needed to be vacated early, as well as paying back any discounts applied over the course of the lease. I had something come up and I have to leave, but was told that on top of that, there is a hidden clause that the remaining term of the lease must be paid out, PLUS the fees on top of that. So I am currently stuck paying rent at two different places.I have never been so happy to leave a place before. If I could give 0 stars I would. I would not recommend ANYONE to rent from them.

I have been renting from Avenue Living for 4 years now. I have found that their service is excellent and staff are just great.... Over the past 4 years there have been many changes in my life and this company has gone above and beyond with help and understanding.... Hats off to maintenance who also go above and beyond... especially Ryan Persand.. he is always friendly and from my experience with Ryan he will go above the regular maintenance if needed.... I remember when joined Avenue Living almost 4 years ago... He is always professional in both work and attitude. It is a breath of fresh air to have someone come to your unit to fix something with a smile, you know he loves his job by his awesome attitude..... When I am lucky enough for him to come and do work I enjoy having someone with the attitude that he has...

I have found Avenue Living to be very professional to work with. Right from the initial phone call to request a viewing to the lease signing, they have been excellent at keeping me informed during my leasing journey - they sent follow-up texts and also phoned for appointments and kept me informed as to my progress in the leasing process. The Leasing Specialist who walked me through this process was April, who was very helpful, patient and empathetic. She took time to listen to my story and worked with me to find the apartment that would work best for my situation. She really worked hard to help me get the apartment that I wanted and I highly recommend her. I am looking forward to this next chapter in my life in my new apartment.
