Was in the store in Victoria just now went to purchase something marked at 89.99 rang up to 179.99 then the pink haired guy had the nerve to tell me I’m wrong on how much tax was applied sales tax on 89 should be around 9-10 CAD and proceeded to tell me that I should google what sales tax is in BC will not shop here again. And if you read this pink hair guy your lucky my daughter was with me or this would have gone much differently for you

Great selection, great customer service. Very good atmosphere and knowledgeable staff. As someone who uses hpa airsoft markers it would be nice if they can get tanks in stock. They have everything for hpa except the tanks

Bought two guns from them, AEG and a GBB pistol for about 500$, both guns broke on my second game playing with them, upon getting in contact with camouflage I was told I was out of luck since I had purchased it in store so now I’m out 500$ with two broken guns. Upon speaking to some other people I found out a lot of people were having the same issues. Only reason two star is the equipment I bought was somewhat decent.

The kind of service you just don't see anymore. If you have a problem with their products they are more than happy to not only rectify it but also prevent it from happening to other customers. 10/10 service every time I visit, good prices for good products. Can't ask for much more than what they provide.

The staff were exceptionally amiable and willing to do some digging in order to order me just the right bag (I wanted a canvas bag with leather straps that don't jingle for photographing birds/animals quietly). They called as soon as it arrived and I picked it up at a great price.
