So many selections to choose from! Spicy to flavourful, rubs to sauces they had it all! Also no tax when you get to the till, you pay what the tag says! 3 starts because the girl did not seem to have much knowledge about the product and she couldn't even acknowledge me while I was trying to look beside her while she's was helping a customer. Nothing was said until I got to the till to pay for my item

Just picked up a bunch of sauces tonight before close, the girl working (Alexa) was super helpful and let me sample all of the hottest sauces they had and buy one of each lolThe End" sauce was worth the price definitely try it! If you like heat

Was in the pepper palace yesterday and asked the staff in store what hot sauces were their favourite. Paul was kind enough to allow us to sample some of his recommendations and favourites. We both left with some delicious hot sauce and it was an awesome experiance.

I am a devoted BBQer and chili-monger, and this is my go-to place for all of my rubs, seasonings, hot sauces, etc. They have dozens of different flavors available to cater to your culinary creativeness, and hot sauces and extracts ranging from mild to skull-searing hot. The staff is very friendly, and definitely know their products if you're seeking advice.

A great place to find awesome sauces, rubs, jams and even popcorn with heat. I bought the habanero mustard and sweet chipolte bbq sauce and they're soo good!Highly recommended!!! ✌️

Yes they have lots of spices for everyone, don’t see this store as just a place to get the hottest peppers to challenge yourself. come here for the spices you can apply on all your meats to add flavour. the store needs to be remodelled. it’s just sad, i avoid going in because of the atmosphere, concrete floors and walls makes it feel like a prison.

The best store and the best customer service I’ve ever had. Thnks to the guy with black turban i think he is the store manager. What a positive environment more then 15 people in a store and one person handling everything and every single person was happy & enjoying the time I spent more then an hour in the store just because I liked the way it was in there, busy store but not a single vibe of stress or ignorance….wide variety of flavours and they give samples with so much love ❤️❤️

Friendly welcome when I arrived, loved that the sampling was still available during covid & they were taking extra precautions to ensure customers & staff were following all rules.All staff were very welcoming & Kialah was super helpful in helping me making choices for meals.felt like I could taste the food she was describing she made .,
