The team, including Neil, Che, and Dan, went above and beyond to make sure that everything was perfect from start to finish.Neil was my sales representative, and he was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to get to know me and my needs, and he was able to find the perfect car for me. He was knowledgeable and professional, and he made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision.Che and Dan were also a huge help during the buying process. They were both friendly and accommodating, and they made sure that everything was in order and that I had all of the information I needed.I would highly recommend Porsche Farmington Hills to anyone looking for an exceptional car buying experience. I've bought 3 Porsches from Dan Kelley, and also a golf GTI. Couldn't be happier with the service and professionalism. Dan and Mark are top notch and actually know their product.EDIT. Just had the latest car delivered this week and as usual Dan and team are courteous and professional. Also one thing about this dealer is that no matter how in demand a specialty product is (GT3 and GT4 in my case) they do NOT charge over sticker like so many other dealers around the country.EDIT. Since my last review I have bought a Panamera GTS wagon and just finalized the purchase on a GT3RS. As always these guys are so top notch.

The Parts Department at Porsche Farmington Hills, MI is absolutely terrible. Their rude & unprofessional parts agents have proven to be fully incapable of providing basic information regarding Porsche Parts. Don't waste your time.

I had a great experience buying my first Porsche. Dan was very professional and great to work with. He was very transparent and communicated everything via email/phone to accommodatemy travel plans. On the day of delivery, there was no waiting time. The paperwork was already put in place for a quick handover of the vehicle. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Dan andstrongly recommend him. Service rep loaned a vehicle full of pet hair and smelled like a pet which agitated my allergies. The service rep was emailed picture and I told him I would clean some of the pet hair because little he know I had kids that would be in the vehicle. The service rep had little to say. Any loaner vehicle should be cleaned before the next customer. My original service went fine but of course this being a Porsche dealer repairs and maintenance prices are off the map.

I'm a new Porsche owner and my experience at Porsche Farmington Hills dealership has been excellent. Very clean, comfortable, and well maintained dealership. My sales person Stephen Clayton was absolutely great!. Beingunfamiliar with the way the Cayenne works, he contacted Grace Schnepp who was phenomenal! she explained and walked me through the vehicle.
