Panda Flowers Southtrail

I love this flower shop. Something about going into the walk-in cooler for flowers gives me the nostalgia of being a kid and going into a flower shop with my parents. The staff here are always so cheery and nice. Great prices! I highly recommend if you are near 130th.

Nice place after the evening spent in a big busy event.I always see their manager and employees working hard and making delicious food and cleaning if they are not busy.Good and fresh food with great service and smiling employees.I wonder why they don’t except Tips?I will be back soon ❤️

My husband got me a bouquet of flowers for Valentine's from here.They initially looked nice but they have not lasted more than 24 hours, they are drooping and petals are curling already. I suspect due to the heads already being fully bloomed/opened when purchased.To charge $140 for flowers that die within 24 hours is outrageous and a rip off.

I ordered flowers for Mother's Day for my elderly mother. I spent $130 for what I thought would be a decent arrangement. It was awful and I was so embarrassed. Three of the roses were hanging and two were damaged. I called the head office as I did not even want to use the South trail location ( wanted the Sunridge location as they seem to work hard. ) but I had no choice when I ordered on-line. Head office did not return my e-mail. If you would like to throw out your money then I would suggest ordering flowers from Panda South Trail location. Other Panda flower locations may fair better , but this was my experience. I ended going to the Superstore and buying another arrangement where the flowers were still in tacked . All in all, the flowers for my elderly mom costed $ $175, not that she is not worth it but the first $130 was garbage.

I called Panda Flowers last minute for mothers day and they absolutely saved the day. They were able to arrange a beautiful bouquet for my mother and for a very reasonable rate deliver it as well. Every other time I have used Panda flowers I have been pleased with their products and great service.

Don't bother with these guys they couldn't put their pants on the right way let alone organize a flower delivery. Being a busy valentines day isn't an excuse for lackluster service. Tried to deliver without reading the note about delivery times and just printed and glued my message on the card, zero personal touch. I would expect a premium experience when paying the premium price of $140.

So I ordered a $100+ bouquet flowers for my wife for our 11 year anniversary. Asked for them to be delivered on a Friday before 10am to her work. The delivered the wrong flowers to her work 5 days early on the Monday. Then took the flowers back and said they would deliver the correct ones Friday. My wife got her followers at 11am on the Friday but apparently there is zero quality control as the cars text I asked for is border line illegible as the text cuts off half way through words and starts again on the next line. I wouldn't recommend this flower shop as you would think if they messed up once they would at least try and make sure the second attempt was done right.

Extremely disappointed! My husband paid $100 for a small bouquet of leftovers. The roses were super short and not worth the price. They never showed him the flowers. Used covid as an excuse not to show what he is paying for.

I ordered a bouquet over the phone and they were very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. The flowers arrived on time and were absolutely gorgeous. I will definitely order from Panda again!!

I try never to do a bad review but this was so very incompetent. Completely disappointed in the service we received. My husband ordered flowers for me on Valentine's Day as he was out of town due to a death in the family. I work in the hospital. They automatically assumed I was a patient, and put in the order as a later delivery, instead of confirming with my husband. I waited 2.5 hrs in the parking lot after my shift was finished, just for the delivery. Not impressed at all. Do better panda southtrail... Do not assume, confirm. Thanks
