Negative stars should be a thing. Negative experience/service? Negative stars...No one deserves to be treated as though they don’t belong somewhere simply because they don’t look well-to-do enough to shop there. How on earth build a client base if you treat people like they can’t afford your products?! I don’t know who I dealt with. When I go somewhere to spend my money, the service matters just as much as the product I’m looking for. Negative stars for a negative experience. I’d understand if I were the only one that felt this way (maybe I’m the one having a bad day?) but looking at other reviews, other people have felt the same. There are many other stores that offer high end clothing. If it wasn’t the owner I dealt with today, she needs to talk to her staff about how to treat their potential customers with respect.

Beautiful clothes and very friendly and helpful staff. Outlet store has good prices on higher end clothing.

I feel bad even giving this store 2 stars because I really didnt even get a chance to look at their clothes. We went in to look for a prom dress and were immediately ushered into the basement for their bargain section. The service was great in the basement though. The two ladies really tried to help eventhough it was clear that they didnt have what we were looking for. But I guess the lady upstairs did not want my 700-1000 I was planning on spending. It just goes to show you should not judge a book by its cover...its a great way to go out of business.

I am very generous with my one star. Terrible service, very rude, very opinionated about my size. I was so looking forward to browsing and shopping but she wouldn't even let me browse. She said, those dresses will not fit you so why look?I will buy my mother of the bride dress someplace else. Even the goodwill would be better than this store. At least they let you shop.

Had a great experience this evening.I was served by Elaine and Kayla.Elaine helped me pick out a wonderful gift, even going so far as to model the garment for me!!Fabulous customer service.

Very expensive store. I went there to buy a dress for my son's wedding and found just what I had been looking for but paid TOP dollar for it. I then bought a beautiful necklace and earring set to go with it. Took it home and about 5 days later noticed that the main stone in the necklace had popped" out. Luckily for me I was able to cannibalize one of the stones from one of the earrings. I called the store to advise them and spoke to the manager to tell her what had happened. I said that I was not requesting my money back but that I wanted her to know that they are selling a substandard product. Her answer? Not responsive at all. She didn't really care that I won't be able to make use of the entire set. I told her that I would not be shopping at her store in the future. She didn't care about that at ALL! Terrible! This is how you turn a happy customer into a disatistfied one!"

I remember when I was 16 coming here trying on navy blue dresses for my cousins wedding the women seemed nice but almost fake nice I tried on a few then the long one which I really liked I was looking and twirling in the dressing room mirror happy thinking I found the one then suddenly a woman burst in asked when I had the zipper down if I needed help" I said no thinking she would leave then she proceeded to move forward and remove the straps from from my shoulders and physically took the dress off me it all happened so fast I was embarrassed she saw me half naked and how horrible I felt after it was a complete violation of personal space and lack of respect and boundaries. I have no idea why she felt the need to do this as someone can't exactly steal a gown in the dressing room unnoticed I think it's because they were racist or they were pervs. Probably both. Either way I just wanted to say how disgusting this was and I felt so ashamed this happened I never told anyone when I should have completely unacceptable I was a kid it felt like such a violation you should be ashamed of yourselves please avoid this place there are many beautiful dress stores downtown that aren't as overpriced and that don't have horrible people working there. I read the recent reviews it's sad nothing has changed."

Always great service. And they always have bras IN STOCK that fit me well
