FIX AUTO FORT MCMURRAY

I went to Fix Auto to have some decal residue looked at on the side of my trucks box last week. They quoted me, immediately took it in, did the work, washed the entire truck ( not just those quarter panels), and then returned! I was blown away. I was there no longer than 30 mins and all I could see were people working. No one was relaxing, phones calls were being made to update people, to other businesses involved and when people came in they were dealt with right away. Pricing was amazingly fair for my request and immediate service. Perhaps they don't have the biggest media following in Fort McMurray but people who have been here certainly know the great service they are getting!

Very pleasantly surprised. Fix Auto was recommended by my insurance company. I won't say I'm a bad driver but I've used a few auto body companies in Fort Mac over the years. Haven't ever had a truly great experience. Figured I'd go with the insurance recommendation because at least I had some recourse should things go bad. Well I couldn't have been more misguided. They were very professional, courteous and the communication was excellent. Work was completed in a very reasonable time frame well sooner than I was expecting. The quality of workmanship was impeccable. Literally cannot tell that they did a paint blend on one door panel. If (ok when) I have another fender bender they're my only choice. Highly recommend!

They do amazing work here, one of the best places in Fort McMurray. They are very knowledgeable and very detailed when it comes to high-end vehicles. They lack basic customer service skills though. They don't respect other people's time. They don't return calls either. In my case, a job that was supposed to be completed in 3 days ended, taking 13 days, and that's fine, but there was no effective communication with the new date of completion. It was like they were just going day by day, and when you call its almost like they give you attitude. Quality work is excellent, but customer service is terrible.

Ok to deal with but they don’t call back when they say they do. I had a new tailgate replaced within a week the camera and handle fell off and the box liner scratches off extremely easy. Wouldn’t recommend.

Excellent service!!!!, The staff was very friendly, flexible, and accommodating with the job I wanted done. Very honest business, and most importantly top notch craftsmanship. they were able to give an honest forward thinking quote having components included related to the job that may need replacement to complete the job and at the end they were 100% transparent with what they did need to use. They were honest and removed items that were not needed in the end without any question. In my particular case one item was actually needed (a decal) that they were waiting for, and there were zero issues with having one sourced locally when I suggested that option (That I sourced out)although before I even suggested sourcing my own part out, they were absolutely willing to work with me in releasing my vehicle to bring it back later when they receive one from their sources. As it was only a decal we were waiting foroverall loved the experience if I ever need top quality professional work done again I will 100% be coming back.now the one thing that I would like to say maybe for a small improvement with the customer service end ( and I know these situations are not all that common) it would be nice to be notified when something small that could be circumvented locally like we did with the job I had done. I do understand this business does go though specific suppliers for their reasons. but in the odd case of something small holding up the end of the job that can be easily worked around, it would be nice to know as soon as possible to discuss those options.as well to any potential future customers reading this. do keep in mind that they are limited by company policies in sourcing parts. and that if something can be sourced outside of that locally (just like in my case) that it would be on you the customer to have a look yourself to see if you can acquire it to make the process smooth/quicker if it comes down to waiting for one little thingall in all 5 star service keep up the good work guys and gals!And Thank you for doing and excellent job!

Just had my 2019 BMW X-5 repaired from FIX AUTO Fort McMurray. My L rear door was repaired and repainted.They did an amazing job to my full satisfaction. My SUV was in its newest condition when returned.Great place 5 star quality and customer service.Would highly recommend to anyone looking for body or paint work at very reasonable rates.Johnny was very accommodating.

They always treat me so well, customer service is great and they are super fast when it comes to needing your vehicle fixed. I would recommend 100%

You get great service as long as there is no issues. If there are issues, expect accusations, insults and finger pointing your way. Would recommend going elsewhere unless you like to spend your money and get insulted by the owner. AMA needs to take them off their recommended service provider

Went to them to fix the AC in my land rover. No body else could fix it in Fort McMurray even the high brand dealerships. They did an excellent job with a reasonable price. They are very experienced and thorough in doing their job. Definitely saved me a costly trip to Edmonton to do the AC in the Land Rover dealership as no body else in Fort McMurray could do the job. Highly recommend. Thanks for the excellent service

He just fixed my headache while inspecting my car. And then showed me how to do. No real repair is needed he said. His integrity and honest are not even comparable with others who just want $$. Highly recommended!
