Manuel is a great guy to work. Recently, I was searching for someone online to prepare a drawing for my permit and luckily, I was able to find a competent and reliable Manuel to assist me in the process. He was very detailed and helpful as well as responsive. His work ethic is impeccable and he is always punctual. I have dealt with many general contractors in the past and they are the worst when it comes to the permit application process. Many general contractors are greedy and not reliable. At the end of the day, I need someone to take care of this challenging process and I learned so much from Manuel and he is truly a genuine and honest person to work with. I am a perfectionist and I rarely give any business 5 stars unless they have gone above and beyond the call of duty so having said that, Manuel really deserve this 5 stars for his passion and his diligent work habit which you rarely see in these day and age for people around his age. Good work!

He is knowledgeable and very polite, he explained things to me in a detailed and professional approach. I got my first drawing and a few revisions from him and he went out of his way to help me with my project, he provided information on zoning and got me recommendations/quotes for structural engineers. It was a delightful experience for me and I would highly recommend working with him.
